The Struggle Of Tenacious Souls (III)
Estimate with precision your personal and professional value, by taking into account the meaning you grant to the meeting with yourself.
Directing everything to a dark background by inducing a flow of a certain frequency, Gavin Finch breaks through the simplicity of the conclusion. Beyond appearances, beyond the impenetrable layer of the huge skyscraper where his suspects keep their thoughts and feelings safe. He then ranks these impulses in a top of the most terrifying fears, pushing his suspects in the area where their resistance is broken. As if sunken into a deep trance, they are forced to reveal the whole truth.
Laura Quinn is the prime suspect in the theft of diamonds. Stubborn, following the call of his ripping will, Finch connects Laura and the invisible element. He identifies the thing off the whole by endless convoluted and complicated variations, that he alone builds with the skillfulness of a fisherman trying to find new ways to catch sharks. And when the isolated phenomenon pierces through darkness, as soon as he feels a split personality of the questioned person, he shrouds him with an icy chill of humble resignation.
Expert on conditioning at a deeper level, Finch searches the wall between the unknown and the existent, the bulkhead from any territory. In it, everything announces Renaissance, while all his suspects feel the End. As alchemists use a coded and encrypted language, mysterious and hieroglyphic images, Finch’s enigmatic nature raises many doubts, arouses anxiety, reactions of concern among those subjected to his ruthless interrogation.
Finch’s safety is just there, in troubled, suspenseful moments that he lucidly subjects his suspects to. The ecstasy he is going throughout this tense mission, governed by some "laws" that seem to protest, pushes him towards the average area of the investigation. He orders the attack with heavy artillery, shells and grenades, subtly combined until he exhausts his target, until he leaves it inert. Laura breaks under the pressure to which Finch subjects her to, and slowly discloses her weak human character.
Do the limits you experience by looking for a relationship between the nature of your influence and assuming the constraints that others have to accept, cause in you the break that facilitates your plunge into the realm of consciousness above reality?
The offensive model adopted with the purpose of improving your access to a new influence area through the sensibility control invisible cable, through regulating the pressure that operates mostly at an ethical and emotional level, producing a certain transformation at a functional level, has that meaning of relocating your whole being in the openness towards another’s suffering.
This rare psychological finesse developed with the purpose of revealing an immense reality in the systematic exposure of some vital truths, abusively appropriated in one’s own use, can transform into something that compromises the strength balance you must exhibit. In other words, the influence you produce at the level of consciousness in relation to the people around you, must be accepted as an assumption of the constraint of being labeled as “Ridiculous” or “Valid”.
Your "attack" value directed towards a conscience guilty of modifying the truth, powered by the will to fulfill your duty until the end, exercises its whole responsibility up to the last implementation phase of the constraints that allow you to decide on your own over an individual’s course in life. If you place yourself above others through your own way of becoming a person that transmits aggression, even if not directly, but at the level of reason, it means testing your limits to self-validate as an individual who does not surrender to close-minded and ungodly rules, but neither does it demonstrate any virtue in “moderation.”
It would be better if you thought about the fact that while you let yourself be carried away on the wave of powerfulness, your leadership slips away on the slide of involution, or even worse, towards a total obstruction – that of being unable to distance yourself from what you can’t forgive. The ability to forgive is a very valuable human characteristic, but not when it detains you from achieving your goals.
Don't forget that reality is the barrier you have to overcome if your conscience asks you to be on the side of truth, but at the same time it is a poisonous spike if you violate the right of others to uphold their innocence.
Do you measure the effectiveness of your influence from the perspective of a consciousness that sees itself as “belonging” to a category of invulnerable people in the face of mistakes, contributing to the understanding of the virtues of masterfully achieving a new perspective on the power of truth?
Try to escape reality, without fully separating yourself from it. If you choose forgiveness, that means you prefer to run from that kind of experience of judging everything calmly and putting the finger on the wound – this is the reality that all leaders who cherish taking responsibility confirm, ensuring the necessary, normal balance between rights and obligations.
And if you choose ignorance or forgiveness deriving from the fragility of the "closure-openness" feelings, acting more as a facilitator of a transparent professional relation, ignoring the objectivity of what is, in essence, a just judgment, then your tendency will be to believe that you can transform into a better person as the blind man who wants to save the planet throws himself forward.
This would mean to run away from the toughest reality and get lost in the world of identity and morality that you have made out of too much goodwill.
As leader you have to make a choice between two tangible options for which you can estimate quite accurately their value at the moment when you highlight your qualities: a fight to overthrow the disorder, so that you can get back to order, or a preparation for the heart, towards an ending isolated from regrets, yet compromising. Pay attention to the meaning you grant to the meeting with yourself !
When you experience your physical and psychical extreme limits, you can answer with a laissez-faire attitude, which means to formally get involved in the course of events. Or with a sacrificial attitude, otherwise you won’t be a fearful man, but an amiable one, with the risk of being perceived as weak. Or you can answer with a pragmatic-aggressive attitude, which makes you an intransigent and pretentious person.
The power of truth has as its main basis the encounter with yourself when you are willing to regain your self-awareness in the coordinates of an objective fact that enhances your virtue of living in the inner world of other people, without feeling superior to them.
The Struggle Of Tenacious Souls can be understood as a weight tied at the neck of suffering in order to sink it deeper, because of the leader’s firm attitude trying to side with truth, and by that helping to optimally reshape its value. It’s actually putting a mix of attributes through the filter of the experiences that give a certain meaning to words like: "constraint", "intimidation" and "inhibition", which only by oxidizing their quantity become beneficial for defining personal potential.
