He managed to achieve, with careful attention to details, the sad and mysterious smile of the girl he had met in his yourth, in a trip to Egypt. I remember very well that day, because he purposely invited me to his place to show me that piece masterfully done. For the first time, I could see peace and spiritual hope on the master's face. He had that proud look, that charming enthusiasm wich fills only those who, truly dedicating themselves to their work, manage to create something truly special, something that makes them feel truly fulfilled.

In order to reach the genuine mastery is not enough only viewing the "work of leadership" to which you will give life, but also its execution with great attention, painstakingly, gently, and patiently, for fear that the effect to be other than the expected one. Shape in your mind the vision that would push you to make the step towards excellence - well before engaging yourself in the implementation of any project, before opening the way for a broader approach.

Conclusion: The leader's "creation" is perfect if, finally, it meets his expectations, reaching the initial proposed goal. A leader doesn't truly feel happiness determined by achieving the proposed goal, if it's not realized on qualitative and quantitative parameters, initially exposed, which formed the basis of his election as leader.
