Good knowledge of the past, full of scholarship and driven by a real passion for art, the teacher whom I consider to be the most important person in my life, had aroused enormous interest to me for painting, inspiring my burning desire for knowledge - specific to distinguished and innovative artists. Since the first moment I walked into his studio, I knew with certainty that he had the power to raise my cultural level and knead in me the aspiration to an ideal, to perfection, to the absolute.

I often talked about my master. Because he had the strength to rise between the ordinary and to overcome his condition. Those moments when, with an unspoken care and attention he confided me from his so vast experience, were decisive. His influence has been crucial of my training as an artist, developing my creative power by improving the penetration abilities of things.

Is the self you access in the presence of a brilliant mind higher as you fulfill a certain amount of time fixed on the practice of integrating yourself into a sublime manifestation pattern?

"Blessed is the one who succeeds in giving wings and roots to his children" says an old Arab proverb. Yes, everything is possible if you have around you a man gifted with a tremendous imagination, with a very unusual creative spirit, possessing strength and is willing to give your artistic soul the "wings" so necessary to high up above him (and other people) by your own value.

The master carved my talent and my personality etching in my heart and mind the principles of realistic art, directly related to painting and drawing, and even related to calligraphy. The "wings" that my heart gave to me had a big opening that I really entered in the art of painting, full of deep meanings. And with the inspiration that he gave me, an inspiration that greatly stimulated my mind and the appetite for knowledge, I had passed it.

Yes. Exactly. I surpassed my master. He was honored by my creative qualities, the qualities of an observer and a portraitist; he admired me and still considers me a craftsman of detail.

The sublime is the result of a process of creating and consolidating the status of an author of "the beautiful element" that lives for others.

Leadership is based on ascent, which corresponds, in fact, to a robust stabilization, the identification of a custom fuel that continuously burns, following the operating parameters. I conditioned my vocation and talent through hard work that required endless exercises and retouches. But I could never reach a real artist if the influences exercised for a long time by my master would not have been extensive and profound. The feeling the joy that he stirred in me - to create with my own hands, using my own imagination, an art that not everyone can master, the art of painting - plus, undoubtedly, the help that he gave me by forming a personal style and a new vision, sublime, have contributed to my own evolution and have been a triumph.

When human soul is crossing with the soul of the leading, only when this happens people open their "wings" taking momentum to rise above other people, providing evidence of their brilliant creative traits.

And a perfect leader possesses the power to give those around him the "wings" necessary to rise above him, wings that reveal the endless horizon of their imagination. He is a talent maker.

Just as a painter transmits a deep feeling, without a burst of light and color, by evoking the atmosphere, through simplification of composition and tone – and so leadership, for taking magnitude and becoming a major source of know-how, must define itself as an engine with a high power of imposing certain specific events, reactions, impulses that would give the start to the change process, capitalizing the potential of human development and lifting it up to the highest level possible.

Because only by acquiring a new depth of self-consciousness, through unleashing motivation and internal forces, by highlighting their talents and their proper use, people could reach greatness.

Greatness is a peak of the talent to see things always closer to your vision that that of those who come to learn.

The Talent Maker is the one who has the ambition to discover what lies under the cover of helplessness, of incertitude, inefficiency or ignorance that keeps people trapped, like in front of a screen that gets tired your eyes, in a place where they cannot realize or direct their inner resources and capabilities, which reduces their desire of self-knowledge. Is the one who strives to become a mentor for those young people that are driven by the desire to make something special for the benefit of all.
