Respect the principles and elements on which the order of gravitations in the moral and material world depend on so that supreme justice not interfere in your evolution.

"Was it possible for Napoleon to win the battle? We answered, no. Why? Because of Wellington? Blucher? Nu. But because it was not right under the law of the nineteenth century for Napoleon to be victorious at Waterloo. A new series of events was underway in which Napoleon had no place in. The malevolence of the events was long foretold. The time had come for this giant to fall.

This man hanged to heavily in the balance of destiny and it ruined its balance. He was but one man and yet he outweighed the entire world put together. If the abundance of human vitality, gathered in one head, and put into the mind of one man, would’ve lasted too long, civilization would’ve crumbled. The time had come for supreme and inexorable justice to intervene.

Perhaps the very principles and elements on which the order of gravitations in the moral and material world depend on, has complained. The blood the fogs up the air, the overloaded cemeteries and the mothers with tears in their eyes are the most feared accusers. And when the earth suffers because it is overburdened, out of the shadows, the mysterious moans chaos can hear are born.

Eternity held Napoleon accountable and his downfall was determined. He embarrassed God. Waterloo wasn’t a battle, but the transfiguration of the universe. That day was fated by a force above man."*

What is the logarithm of the ration between what you send after receiving confirmation of your value and what you were before?

Always the man who wants to live in style, permeated by the scent of a feeling still ignoring or seeking to discern itself, if he wakes up overnight in the middle of a long, straight road, he will have faith that this new way forward will guarantee access to the infrastructure of a new order. The use of which is subject to charges borne directly by others. Basically, this man starts from scratch in a new phase of accumulation of a "causative" knowledge, matching his vision and his model of personality.

But this new phase that revolves around leadership is not always based on the reconstruction of inner meanings of equilibrium, enrollment and fulfillment, so by using a deep and heightened knowledge. But often on the non-appliance of the unanimously accepted norms of society, subliminal perceptions of the status and role, between "what is" and "what should be" reality, between efforts and expected values.

Napoleon gave in to his own ignorance, then became the slave of megalomania. His logarithm was the superfluity of vitality gathered in one direction: egocentrism. If we look upon a mirroring or a reflection of others in the consciousness of such a man, we cannot sense any vibration, no spiritual note. Within him boots no moral obligation. Decoupling from the collective mental pipeline is total.

The futility of human vitality never has as a finality that miracle of the “right moment” or the “right time”, quite the contrary, it is interwoven with the gravity of the character on a path of vanity: the leader becomes the victim of his own decisions, the victim of his own megalomania.

Such a man, flaming from the relations between what gives his life meaning and what goes on around him, rarely will appeal to a flick of humanity and wisdom from all those who have a certain responsibility in the situations that he himself creates.

And from such a man, devoid of content, we cannot ask for an inner reflection over the exterior space spontaneously, but rather we have to work at the level of his consciousness if we want to integrate some guidance points in the much too numerous line of concerns regarding the optimization of the functioning parameters of leadership. Such as shame, guilt, apathy, pain, fear, kindness, acceptance, reason, love, joy, pace and enlightenment.

The logarithm of the ration between that which you convey at the level of consciousness, between the exterior and the interior, materially and morally, after receiving confirmation of your professional value, is the power to which you must raise your spiritual condition so that you may obtain an unlimited number of social gains.

Leadership is the result of a causal justice that often eludes us, when we get to consider ourselves much too important for the promise of a life that can meet its end at any given time.

There is a concept in sales that also applies to leadership. The client that intends to buy a service wants it at the lowest price, whereas the bidder wants to sell it at the highest price. As a leader, the price you pay for ignoring the "price" signals of others, because you have positioned yourself outside of the accepted norms, embracing radical doctrines, will comply to the prerequisites approved by that higher court, called "fatality", the fierce heavenly hand of Providence.

Didn’t Victor Hugo say: "Of such nature are these gigantic events, to the extent of an infinity that eludes us"? This extent gives the results that no man can imagine, until they experience it with their own skin and their own soul. The status gained being obtained to the detriment of his evolution in time and space.

The moment when the supreme justice intervenes in the life of man, is the moment when man transforms from a mere ordinary mortal – into a mortal who denies his sense of life and wealth.

The Transfiguration Of The Universe draws attention to the consequences that result from placing leadership in a misunderstood and unaccepted extreme by those you want as your companions in achieving common goals. Or it may be a perplexing oscillation between extremes and causes the loss of a significant percentage of supporters.

Only by appropriately applying the principles and constituent elements of a performing leadership, only by respecting the harmony of quantitative and qualitative aspects of a function dependent on time, e.g. "Serve and Support Others", will you be able to gather together the science, technique, values, beliefs and art that give a certain "aura" to craftsmanship.
