Clarice is terrified by the feeling that she’s part of a grim scenario, worthy of a Stephen Jones. But she doesn’t know how to rip this fatal image from her mind, she can’t stop the substance excess, sensitive to pressure, transferred to the almost exhausted molecules with the role of a regulator of cerebral activity. How to survive a ride to the depths with no exit, to hell? All her vital energy focuses for a moment in one disconcerting direction. That of total self-destruction.

And because she can’t get free from hell, a stage of numbness, which dominates the field of motivational forces necessary to influence change, takes over her. Horrendous inner bombings, which give harsh shivers, take her to a state of non-operability. Basically, she is alone in the murderer’s house, a dark and creepy place, and she feels that someone is following her closely, ready to surprise her at any time with a deadly blow.

An act of faith, a single willful manifestation could help her escape the thought of dying, the sturdy clamp that seems to strongly clench her cerebral cortex? And only for this anxious thought, so many inner fights are stoically carried, unappeased panic reactions chained in a disorienting rhythm.

Leadership: Does your attempt to give a special meaning to things in your life constitute into a crescendo of the will to find something with which you fully identify and contribute at the same time to the development of what you might call “the revelation of an irreversible reality”?

Raise the value of the tension necessary to stop the isolation complex. That fact she can’t escape the circle of weakness concerns her beyond measure, and with good reason. Nonetheless, Clarice stands her ground. She believes that, in a way, her honor is at stake. She barely makes a move, she doesn’t say a word. Now her volcanic imagination is more than necessary. To do what she has never done before, to risk her life. To bet everything on a single lucky, rescuing die. And this assumed thought, like a lightning fallen from the sky with God’s will, carrier of new forces, illuminates her knowledge and invest it with the power of initiative.

Only hope supports her safety functions and the positive energy transported through the delicate distribution channels of alternative tensions. She suddenly receives the energy and inspiration to take the plunge into a risky action, with the eagerness and spontaneity of a child that dresses up like Superman and is off to save the world. Obviously, a certain degree of adrenaline was felt, because everything seemed to be a wait for the inevitable. In order to gain a saving courage, she begins to identify with a hero who tries to defeat their destiny.

Only one certain angle remains undiscovered, a doubling of a line of action, applied sideways on a foreign line in the plane of conscience. Only like this her psyche can bear an extra weight. She has to kill Buffalo Bill at any price. With sharp senses, to pierce the darkness, to overcome by far the margins of conscience ! To shoot ! Now ! Now ! Bang ! Bang ! Bang !

Clarice feels relieved. The storm is gone. The grey clouds of terror, that have gathered and produced the rescuing lightning, have finally dispersed. Buffalo Bill is dead ! Only now she has the revelation of an irreversible reality: “Once you have engaged in an action, you have to make sure you’ve seen it through to the end.”

Leadership: Can the coercion of submitting to a particular reality harmonize all the facets of your personality and in this way become more tolerant of beliefs that cause unwanted results?

The adaptation difficulties to new contexts and situations can offer the innovative show of a dramatic expression of profound spiritual anxiety. These difficulties, which determine the individual subject to a dangerous duality to approach with difficulty the "stimuli-reaction" processes, can occur because of self-evaluation errors. Which, in turn, produce certain disorientation and an inefficient channeling of the energy in one disconcerting direction. That of total self-destruction. Generating those difficulties of understanding one’s own capacities and limits.

These difficulties can also appear in the investigative undertaking of evaluating the situation in which the individual is found, especially when there is an increase in "costs" induced by probabilities, calculated through external conditionings that highlight those marking contrasts between the emotions that take over her mind. And the continuous additions of negative stimuli, which act on the subconscious, threatening the integrity of her personality, leader sometimes to emotional shock.

How do you evaluate yourself in a situation with no escape: as a relative cost of the prediction error or as a positive element that attests to the importance of certain choices?

In relation to the obligations imposed by leadership, which can’t be practically ignored in the mental and emotional reality perception and development process, in spite of the disturbing influences, the individual has to be categorically in advantage. He shouldn’t turn to the least constraining choice. And the inconveniences caused by a wrongful management of emotions don’t have to be disproportional in relation to the concerned purposes. Simply put, the individual’s balance shouldn’t be affected by the unappeased panic reactions, chained in a disorienting rhythm when it comes to crisis situations.

Can you give your leadership a medal for winning the psychological warfare your thoughts subject you to without measuring the true value of what is the essence of the human phenomenon?

Each individual proves a certain weakness at a certain point, a less sophisticated manner of fighting with himself, with his strongest emotions and feelings, that he is no longer able to set a more detailed contact with his points, forces and motivations. A major conditioning occurs between suffering and evolution, which impedes the activation of the field of motivational forces necessary to influence changes.

And thus, leadership is neglected, which in relation with human thinking and senses it becomes useless. It can no longer facilitate that adventure of knowledge; it can no longer allow access to that "interior" universe, shaped from a braver and harder dough.

For this very reason, the leaders are more and more animated by the passion to turn to evaluating the internal dimension of leadership. And according to expert Anne Deering, the author of "Alpha Leadership", this dimension refers to the way in which you psychologically organize yourself in order to have a quick reaction to the environment, in order to have the necessary thinking abilities to realize what is more important to be evaluated about yourself, so that your skills don’t emaciate.

Are you able to play a hard game of chess with yourself? How do you psychologically organize yourself in order to have a quick reaction to the environment? Do you give your leadership a medal for winning the psychological war brought upon by your thoughts? Test your ability to cope with the ruthless "survival" game, in the conditions of a sometimes hostile environment where your transformation is harder to accomplish.

A leader should learn, first of all, to retouch his thinking and to return the inner glimmer of his being. In order to do that, he needs to make the distinction between these two types of representation of his personality. The first one, from the point of view of caution, of the possibility to use the abilities to distance from any external control. The second, from the point of view of mental instability and vulnerability, which leads to extreme thoughts in limit situations, transforming him, subject to his inner struggles, in a certain target for failure.

The essence of the human phenomenon is to understand one’s purpose in society and to contribute massively to the value of the experiences that define one’s character. These two considerations can be justified through the following imperative conclusion:

“Before starting something, you must know if you can see it through to the end.”

The Tumultuous Journey To Hell Of The Sensitive Being brings forwards the leader’s necessity to develop an impartial thinking with a stable and hard to influence "status" in the hostile intervention conditions of some external destabilizing forces. That can trigger fear of action, anxiety, instability and idleness.

Creating an impenetrable protection wall that shields us against disturbing and destabilizing external influences, but sometimes against internal forces that could appear as a result of our defensive mechanism, is useful for us all. But absolutely necessary for a leader.
