The Two Identities Of Eisenstein

Discover new perspectives of managing leadership by analyzing the ration between the two constants of its value.
The biographer is not allowed predictions, though I’m sure that at one point, in the literary heritage of Sergei Eisenstein, the confession confirming this will be found. His work towards making the following films does nothing more than confirm such a hypothesis. Until then we note the contradictions and try to discover within their labyrinth a mechanism of creation that will perpetuate: the idea. Abstraction always generates to him the volcanic succession of artistic solutions that afterwards, under severe analysis, prove to have been rigorously arranged after immutable laws.
Let us not forget, however, that the inner law of the work of art is created not by the esthetician, but by the artist. In this regard, there is an ongoing conflict, under the guise of perfect understanding, between Eisenstein the creator and Eisenstein the esthetician. The latter strives, with envy, to snatch merits from the former. *
Leadership: Is your style of combining multiple perspectives of approaching a contemporary subject matter completed by the quality as being authentic in terms of the validity and merits of a work that is meant to be the form of a single art?
Leadership has to be useful but at the same time attractive in order to bring results corresponding to expectations, and here we speak of a combination of all the ways of producing a creation of great value and popularity. Unfortunately, not everything that is attractive is necessarily of educational, constructive and mobilizing value.
Leadership becomes whole rather through its quality of being authentic under the terms of availability and background of a motto that we can also attach here: "unity in diversity", according to the criteria of performance evaluation regarding deepening the knowing of a subject that responds to a practical interest. But it completes itself as well by the capacity to transform an idea into the reality of well-known concepts, but retold in another reference system.
Referring especially to the conditions of validity of an artwork, they can be met by what you achieve by means of a new approach to artistic themes, while the conditions of background can be achieved through a process of broadening the content of ideas and generalizing the values you gather.
The subjects can capture an overview from a height, a more spectacular perspective on the world, life, events, characters, rigorously depicted by the artist’s merit of deploying art from the perimeter of plastic visions, pointing it towards the epic, towards literature, to an understanding of the reality that characterizes man in a certain stage of intellectual or spiritual evolution.
A work that is meant to be in the form of a single art is not born of the mood to focus on trying to get a positive promotion or reaction from other people but on the ability to be authentic in what you want to represent you as a style and personality in the controversy between aesthetics and sustainability.
A very good director is one who can build a scenario after Coco Chanel’s famous maxim: “You live but once; you might as well be amusing.”
To reach the peaks of performance you will have to evaluate yourself regularly, first through the viewpoint of the creator that expresses his ideals through originality, aiming to produce a new pattern of thinking, putting a part of himself in every element of the research activity. And second, through the viewpoint of a promoter of an "attractive product" that, even in less favorable periods, stimulates by means of the brand image, his positivity, the sense he attributes to reality, the message he transmits and by suggestion, by his ability to integrate himself in various environments and by the power of beautifying the functional, without compromising it.
If you do not want leadership to become an obstacle in the way of the development process, then analyze the ration between the two constants of its value: aesthetics and durability. Observe their convergence in relation to the finished product, analyzing the wealth of meanings of the message that you are promoting in terms of style and trend of growth that you cross.
Aesthetics is what is seen in a lively picture. Durability is what is constituted in a true geography of interiority that leads in one direction, that of the spirituality of creation.
Just as a painting can be distinguished by the depth of realistic expression, leadership – as a product of your thoughts – must be distinguished by its strong individuality. Leadership is a good that must be individualized by measuring, comparing and quantifying the two variable elements: "creative art" or "aesthetic creation."
The Creator and the Aesthetician are two sides of the same coin, two aspects of the same existence, of the same energy, but distinguished by the fact that the first focuses on the optimal mix of “context” and “content”, the second focuses on positive appreciations by generating high-quality visual effects.
The Two Identities Of Eisenstein highlight the dualism of the creator of performance in leadership that must distinguish itself by aesthetic originality, but even more so through creativity based on scientific elements with applicative and transformative value.
