I stood before a bizarre phenomenon that defied the rules of innovative science that I myself had formulated. Relentlessly, as a result of the free game of imagination, I calculatedly followed a reasoning contained in an almost inexplicable precedent. I had to go back more, so that I can see forward.
Science is a lesson in the present from which you make a new reality, without necessarily taking into account what affects you by meeting this reality. Like that saying: “you will encounter exactly what you fear the most.” The conscious imbalance of my axes of existence progressed towards the acceptable balance of a stable and predictable trajectory. The influences of present value of the flux of perspectives in which I could play with the possibilities of development brought upon by science, almost limitless.
You cannot understand the depths of really high knowledge without making a connection between two different conceptual entities, of a completely different form, composition and living in a reality completely different from yours. The stable atoms built around my science, born apparently out of a Big-Bang from which the new universe of nameless knowledge was born, without equal and without end, swarmed continuously around the question Dutch biologist Jan Swammerdam kept asking: "How is the little beetle lesser than the brilliant bird from overseas?"
The construction of knowledge means taking into account what makes you feel fulfilled at the level of intrusion into a reality that you do not completely agree with, making your existence a show of ideas that are gradually revealed to the public.
This detail kept crossing my mind, increasingly stronger, as a secret settled on the bottom of an ocean that sheltered a new life. Perhaps I kept moving forward. And as a protector of my own science, it was up to me to discover the important differences that appeared between the resistance force of a planned thinking and the driving force of a thinking that dialogued with a different one.
Both forces resulted from finding the following disparity: the creation of forms derived from the content of ideas and concepts was substituted to an incessant option of interpreting and representing a reality that I didn’t know directly. This was the step back that helped me value my work technique, the creative potential and the accumulated knowledge, applying what my instinct was telling me.
I was always ready to extend, with an almost incomprehensible devotion, the way of conceiving the ration between lived experiences and the efforts supported by the streamlining of my potential of generating order in the chaos of my numerous incursions in the world of science. For the connection to the standards of an intuitive knowledge, superior to other means of knowledge, that only its truth and its unique content freed me to understand and control my intellectual faculties.

Science balances the force the leader has for achieving the task he started with. Such as a torch that doesn’t know how to go out and makes you find your way through the darkness generated by the limits of your own perception and reason, experiences and abilities, science extends its area of identifying the best or most important practices for the implementation of new inventions and criteria for comparison with other reality models.
But in order for science to move to the helm of leadership, it must be authentic, and it should not be possible for it to be shackled by prejudice which could distort its meaning from the outset. Only by calculatedly following a reasoning that is found in an almost unknown precedent, your science will be able to keep up with new trends, becoming a significant power in the world, in the center of a game in which roughness in "terrain" sometimes goes beyond the limits of any regulations.
For this reason, analyzing any aspect that makes you understand that it is time to raise the level of production of the contact surface with excellence, you must submit to a game in which you have the guess the correct variants of the formulas of continuing research, in the sense of improvement. Basically, to activate your capacity of performing that "update" query used in the "search" function made available by knowledge, for the completion of any shortcomings of unknown nature of modern science.
The leader should try to find out the double value of his experience of knowing and feeling in the creation he embodies.
An “update” query is a request for information from a “relational” database whose processing and maintenance involves a substantial investment in the possibility of comparing what you see differently in yourself and what is beyond your preconceived ideas.

What is the maximum limit your science attributes to the foundation on which leadership lays upon, from the perspective of moving to another context of reportability: the role inversion?
Leadership is allowed only within the limits of strict conditions. But when it comes to innovative approached that encourage orientation towards a nonconformist style, which doesn’t fit into any patterns, there are no certainties or 100% guarantees that it will not defy existing norms and rules.
This translates into the phrase: "You have to go further back, to be able to see forward." That is, to achieve a prospect of control over your science by designing leadership as an instrument of manipulating an increasingly complex knowledge. That through experience and erudition, can lead to a solid sense of exclusive competence. To go back means to return to what you knew how to do best, so that knowledge becomes the source of the joy of being face to face with what is called “always being the same”.
In order to meet yourself in the creator’s hypostasis, you must experience self-respect, that is, to be constantly face to face with what you have learned about yourself, not with what you do not know or with what others think. This “you yourself” is an accentuation of the virtue of sharing something of its own objectivity, the virtue of bringing together experiences and perceptions as an impulse to act, the virtue of giving chances to affirm a coherent, differentiated identity.
That maximum limit your science attributes to the foundation on which leadership lays upon is given by the configuration chosen for the organization of the area of expression, of finding the most intelligent methods of update to the adopted standard of thinking. Therefore, as a protector of your own science, your task is to discover the important differences that appear between the force of resistance of a planned thinking and the driving force of a thinking that dialogues with a different one.
Role reversal is a reaction of overcoming the professional routine that comes from conditioning the mind to perceive another person in the process of creation, so that the effort to build a vision allows the hypostasis of an Alter-Ego.
The Universe Of Nameless Knowledge aims at the retrospective analysis of knowledge in the field of leadership, which allows for an enrichment and update for achieving outstanding performances. Knowledge doesn’t have a name that fully covers its territory full of mystery, but rather has an entire story behind it that you will never get to finish. But to which you can always add a new chapter. And if you understand its meaning, you can always find a new title for it.
