Fit out of all those development patterns of "existential" leadership, by experiencing a new personality dimension in the reality that you conceive by yourself.

I was trapped in a continuous, delirious loop that carried on various parallel operations, thus increasing the inaccuracy possibility. Notably, I went through a completely void, reversible cycle made out of transformations or various reversible fusions. I couldn’t distinguish anything from this intertwining of moods and transitions between moods, in this amalgam of thoughts that I couldn’t clearly delimit. There were irregularly successions, ascending and descending like micro-current electrodes that positioned themselves in a neutral area, with rebound potential.

I couldn’t perceive what was really going on; I didn’t understand anything of what’s happening to me. It was an obsession, and the obsession became more overwhelming as I was approaching the truth, the unseen side of me. Me and my own universe, inseparables as Castor and Pollux. And yet bounded by a discontinuous line - by an illusion, by a weakness. What stood between us, what could facilitate the process of a union between us? We could have strengthened our bond, becoming one and the same, a whole, an entity and not an instance of a bond?

Can you form a new perception of who you really are through experiences lived at the limit between what corresponds to reality and what is subject to trying to detach yourself from common clichés?

An excerpt of "The Black Riders" by Stephen Crane, lingered in my mind:

A man declares to the Universe:

"Sir, I exist ! "

Still, replied the Universe:

"This didn’t create any certain obligation for me."

Who was this man within me that had existed this whole time, this half that started to accentuate itself in comparison with my own perception of the expectations of a reality that takes place plenary in imaginative activity? Was he a universe? How much did he value? What obligation did I have to him?

A real harmony can not exist without the existence of a polarity. I had to search deeply within me for "the Man", to find the quintessence of my being beyond space and time, beyond every limitation principle, without asking every time if he is the terminus point of my existence.

I had to submit myself to trying to detach myself from common clichés like “that’s how things are” in order to build my own ivory tower in which I sometimes happened to set foot in, as in a temporal bubble, and enter a different time and space. Only to realize that the only thing that could help me feel the present in all its glory was the ability to detach myself from certain wishes and let happen only what was right for me, something dictated only by a higher entity.

Can you validate your autonomy of reason to exist by maximizing the reflection of what you really are within the perimeter of reality which is meant to be a truth of being and at the same time a microcosm of the universe?

The way you perceive your personality, by virtue of an algorithm for the detection of peculiarities that distinguish you and make you be yourself, allowing you to express your greatest version, can either support stabilizing the development direction within the society or mobilizing progressive development around certain ideas of redefining reality.

Since you're interested in what happens to your own being and the surrounding environment, accents probably fall on your assessment and training standard that influences the pace and trend of your existence. Only thus you begin to have some idea about what you're missing if you fail to recognize and conquer that part of you that pretends to be unapproachable - that universe that can absorb good and evil.

The only truth of the being in which I struggle to live is that I cannot stop myself from looking into an imaginary mirror that takes my image from another perspective of the universe, meant to show me that there is a personal God present in my life.

That part of yourself that you recognize as sovereign is much different from that part of you that keeps you trapped in that fraction of a universe that is moving slowly towards freedom of thought which precedes revelations and deed. As these two great contrasts well-defined in an ambiguous interior do not appear too often in the context of leadership, we must look elsewhere, in the area of fundamental values, in the context of exposure to the reality that allows assuming the state of things.

The reflection of what you really are within the perimeter of this reality, by joining the two contrasts that enhance your attitude, feelings and character, makes you a leader able to validate his autonomy.

Is the existence that you aspire to, the result of a game with a strong player, starting from the premise that everything that conveys your inner voice is a message coming from a different order of things than the dominant one?

During one of the webinars I said: "In order to go his own way, the leader must validate his most valuable virtues by enlighting, so he must go through its own process of understanding."

This process of understanding sets out the maximum effect that "existential" leadership can produce by experiencing a new personality dimension in the reality that you conceive by yourself.

The Existence you want to reach is the result of a match with a strong player, with "the Man" within you. Look at this game in two with big interest. The true winner, proving his perseverance in any kind of situations, is this almost infallible tandem: You and Him, two entities of the same body.

There is no desire more natural for someone who aspires at the leader statute than the desire to reach full knowledge. He is trying by all means that can lead him there. If the judgment fails and he can’t use his experience, he calls forth "the Man" within him.

The art to rise above any limits through various attempts is born – not out of isolation but out of the permanent contact with your most representative side, your working side. Its role lit your path.

A message originating from a different order of things than the dominant one can be formulated as follows: “The way in which you conceive the relationship with the reality you are experiencing is a way of experiencing the universe, so that you will have to reorganize it.”

The unusual meeting of man with a man highlights the reflection of who you really are within the perimeter of a reality created by yourself by joining the two parts of you: a leading one and another one, vital for your individuality.

Channel your attention towards "the Man" within you, towards your true mobility and prospective core. Experience unity ! Look deep within yourself; look for the quintessence of your being beyond space and time, beyond any limitation principle, without asking yourself every time if it’s the terminus point of your existence. Dig in the huge deposit of life and reality by self-knowledge and try to extract all these minerals that crystallize your identity.
