Sergei Eisenstein aimed first of all at the cinematographic transposition of "shocks" installation. He even spoke about a shock science. Thus the attractions acquired a new expression in the film. The film called "Strike" is actually an experimental film. Eisenstein hoped to have discovered the content of a film in the series of shocks linked in a sequence and directed towards the audience sensibility. The arrangement of this material should be made on the principle that leads to the desired effect. And the form was the understanding and implementation of such elements within the specific material’s limits, so that they can reach the goals in the desired proportion.

The great director saw the concrete and realistic aspect of the composition. He was thence concerned, since his first film, about the composition issues. And we cannot fail to notice also this obsession of mathematical precision, which accompanied him throughout creation.*

Do you influence the transition from a discontinuous line to a continuous one within leadership by increasing the value options of science?

The cultural awareness at a deeper level, self-knowledge and the value options of the science that you've acquired, can achieve many of the forms of highlighting a higher reality in the transition from a discontinuous to a continuous line in terms of leadership. A discontinuous line is a process of creating a science that finds no end in any impressive creation, while a continuous line has an infinity of different possibilities of expression, perception, and knowledge through which a new artistic composition can be created.

This reality, enveloping consciousness and opening up new possibilities to access a broad, well-structured, background of knowledge, expands the leader’s experience and value towards a reinventing size, which appears at first uncharted, uninhabited, but with great meanings as a "turning point" towards a new art.

It is understood that such a widening of the field in practice, towards solving the mystery of art, creating effects of transition to a new form of representation and enhancement of science, will make it less difficult to deal with new styles, solely supported on research rules and on reason. Leadership is, above all, an experimental model to check the level of science you have achieved, and then a model that should exceed the boundaries of conventional thinking.

The value option of science that maximizes the results of the creation act, unprecedentedly in a compact version of the concept of "Workflow", lies between a speculative or generalizing approach and the concrete experience of the dialogue between art, life, morality and feeling. That is why the concrete and realistic aspect of a composition is given by the effect you want to get from the protagonists so you can multiply the effect produced on viewers.

How is the relationship between your quality’s value and the unleashing of creative potential reflected before science extends its relevance?

Discovering the content of what is called, most recently, "reinvention", then directing some form of impact on the sensitivity of those exposed to the science processing and exploitation, carried on the principle that leads to the desired effect, actually reflect the achievement of a new dimension of evolution, whose creator you are.

And the form the leadership takes depends on understanding and achieving these goals within the limits of the building material of a new thinking, so that they can achieve the goal in the desired proportion.

Any act of creation, supposing a lot of concentration and patience, has a beginning which is achieved by inference, reasoning or inspiration resulted from the experience and observation. The more you advance in research, the more relevance your knowledge expands, namely it becomes both a product to meet the needs of professional affirmation, and an occasion for defensive introspection. But, as needed, science becomes a powerful tool that assigns more value to your life and those around you. Leadership is the indicator of a significant effect of this value.

A science that expands its relevance resembles the discovery of the content of a film directed at the sensitivity of viewers: it means seeing what does not exist in humans but that can change their lives into a new version of the act of living the experience of emotion.

The Value Of A Dimension That Extends Its Effects gives the measure of what you realize, of what you become through the act of creation and of what you offer within the limits of the quality of science exploited, so you can still reach the goal - promoting leadership – in the proportion required by the needs of the moment.

Leadership, which became a real science with unfathomable dimensions, is recognized as efficient when embraced and followed by all those involved in achieving a common goal. It is an area where well-reasoned "innovative shocks" can add value only when they have a positive impact on the motivation and productivity of others.

The final point when a leader can consider himself to be evolved is when all progress supporters are convinced about the achievement of the ideal they have in mind.
