A phenomenal leap across a huge ocean is only part of the distance traveled within a few years of laborious study towards the world of secrets, which materialized into a kind of intellectual dependency. And the desire to better understand the "exceptional" through the purifying filter of the "singular", under the guidelines of certain integrating ideas that gave meaning to all esoteric aspects, I managed to demonstrate numerous scientific experiments that concerned alchemy.

The alchemists’ attempts at preparing gold were so tempting, yet, I was tempted by something else entirely, a different reference indicator, a development factor of a much higher level. I was tempted by the mysterious character of a world with incomprehensible rules. I was drawn to structural analysis, the magical formulas and potion recipes, the intricate preparations that preceded the backwards trends. Especially the complex of relations that defined a certain system relative to its components.

Who are you really in relation to a very complex world if you do not win the fight with what you do not accept in yourself to be part of a supra-personal work?

More than a century ago, a chemist showed that water boiled up to 1000 degrees Celsius begins to decompose into its root elements – hydrogen and oxygen. But the gas resulting from the decomposition, still in contact with the liquid, has at this temperature a certain pressure due to which the decomposition stops.

Contemplating on what reveals that relationship between the elements and understanding the pattern behind the reaction process, I set my heart on exploration, to seek the wisdom and the scheme of things. The fundamental mysteries of creation. What makes possible the framing of compositional elements into a new whole, together with the relationships between them, so as to form a new structure of the Great Work? Devoid of any and all constraints and prejudices, I began developing a new alchemical algorithm with what I had learned.

I delivered knowledge to myself alone through learning the fundamental showing of matter unbound by time. With effort, had I entered a generous space offered to the systems, fields, connectors and multiple effects. But I had not the power to deal with everything involved with their administration and management. I sometimes fell prey to confusion. But the great difficulty lied precisely in the transformation of the elements through which mystic union you obtain the premium concentrate that bears the mark of Hermes, Philosophiae Transmutatione.

Leadership is an important culture test in the field of science that can accurately determine how much of your personality is due to foreign influences, and how much it is due to discoveries experienced in the personal reinvention process.

I had to carry but one fight on the basis of a re-evaluation of alchemical research, on the basis of painful knowledge and perpetual dissatisfaction, on the basis of well-nuanced information from the general culture that determined the finalities of science (specialized vocabulary, glossaries, treasures, dictionaries, data banks, etc.)

It was the fight with the self in the name of faith. I could not accept the idea that all that faith had taught me was part of a supra-personal work. I was no longer a man of expectations and predictions, but a man of the book, the pen and the word immortal in writing.

I say this especially amid justified worries, of the instinctive fury of traversing the harsh surface of a scientific territory in all possible ways, a world unleashed with all its power given by uncertainty, dilemma, chaos, variability and complexity. Was it only a vain and deceptive hope? A hallucination of the brain? A continuous scroll of ideals too abstract?

Does your intellectual construction have a narrow or broad understanding depending on what you are willing to sacrifice at the level of attachment to the need to build a vision that does not just opposes a thing, but wants to change an entire phenomenon?

Communication between man and science, at the level of empirical research that blueprints the logical course of projecting studies of designing a new perspective for interpreting ideas in terms of a quality aspect, creates a sort of dependency to a parallel reality. That could be disappointing if it does not have as a result the good performance and increased production of creations.

Here vision plays a leading role because it has to outline a realistic, credible and attractive future that is accessible to anyone. And alchemy is an occult practice that I could only look at with a certain degree of bewilderment, but at the same time I had to take it further to build a new understanding of science and knowledge. Of course, I cannot fail to notice that the whole phenomenon of the search for the sensational responded just as well to the experience of self-seeking that always led to exhaustion.

It’s like living someone else’s life, somewhere else, in a higher dimension where everything you think of is manifested immediately using a revolutionary new language. Or by using a new technology, or by establishing a new, unexpected, perception of reality. And this preconception is far from being a "fashion" if it does not bring, through a simplification of the findings given by the assimilation of alchemy, as big of an audience as possible.

Trying to grasp a new matter, spread out as a surface of propagation of knowledge, means to learn to accept the edgy paradoxes that you will always encounter. The intellectual construction has a narrow understanding, unable to be evaluated and thoroughly analyzed by those supporters who embrace the same vision and mentality. Only by those scholars who know how to decompose matter without denying the value of the Great Work.

The phenomenon you need to change in order to reinvent yourself is the starting point of “The Great Work” that links an ideal full of intellectual achievement and the miracle of a revolutionary language that aims to describe a particular reality, rather than deliberately convincing through mastery and creativity.

The Void Of Intellectual Matter designates that lack of consistency between the obviously superior thinking of the leader and the normal thinking of the target group. In leadership, you must know how to stoop to the level of understanding of the majority so as to be followed in all actions. Alchemy is just a form of actively engaging in personal evolution, but it does not represent the right means to change those around you.
