Be the reality others see around them, by making an X-ray of the complexity of the phenomena of a new identity.

Laura Quinn. On the outside she’s simple and modest. But it’s exactly her discreet manner and the modesty of her appearance hide a secret, something superior in herself, the virtue to lift the unknown to the highest peaks. Her natural easiness induces a certain degree of respect, a certain imprecision in evaluating her personality. Least sure it’s granting an emotional subtlety in configuring this being that seems a estranged from herself, unclear around so many intrigues which silently take place around her.

In my imagination I try to redo the whole course of life, until the distant fountain of her essence, close to the frontier with the unpredictable in the great dukedom of her soul. Weird, why does she become so unsure around me, even distant at times, while with others she seems so objective? Why does she pretend she doesn’t know anything as long as she gives her best to prove she isn’t involved and she’s innocent? Why, in her carefree way of being, she reels off a bunch of positive character traits?

Based on the existing experimental data, I have established the following empirical dependence relation of her being constant. E = A + P (Enhancing trust in one’s own forces is based on the existence of a major Ace and a certain way to Position above the majority.)

The complexity of the phenomenon that defines a striking personality is revealed by the significance given to an existence that can support the sensitivity of highlighting things that need to be whispered.

She surely, surely hides something. She hesitates to manifest in her personal space, she refuses to exhibit the contraries of her own being, she denies her every feeling. As if something invisible, unerring, chases away her frail hopes, commands her every move canceling her every stimulus, dividing every connection with her group of values by a personal certainty.

A sickening suspicion bothers me, an unstoppable cloud moving towards an inaccurate destination. I guess that this gentle woman, this distinct character which dominates by delicacy and beauty even in the wildest moments didn’t suddenly wake up to use all her skill in the investigation triggered in order to discover the diamonds. I bluntly address a few questions, but she plays with me, sense me on false leads. What should I believe?

Can you build an ample knowledge about man by interpreting experiences which undergo continuous "swirl" transformations?

Leadership, a science of practicing the change of thought at an individual and collective level, can be transformed into an insignificant "flight among clouds" if you can’t identify the swirl-like transformations applied to the personality pattern you are investigating in order to fit the patterns of a developed inter-networking approach.

A “swirl” transformation aims at the crossing from a unique experience of rediscovering the self in a depressing atmosphere, to the plane of concrete existence meant to give birth to a new image of the desire to change the world.

Transforming the primary information absorbed through the tumultuous life experience of any man, classified in knowledge units which can contribute to enhancing your performances as a good evaluator, is not possible without revealing an immense reality by verbal mediation. Only by simply observing and employing your analytic capacity you won’t be able to touch those areas of human depth which are hard to reach.

Before expressing a responsible opinion regarding the intentions of an entity, integrate yourself in the complex mechanism of knowing the people you interact with. What you’re trying to point out has to receive the truth value – because not everything that is valid, logical and predictable for you applies to others as well.

The phenomenological experience of a man who hides behind the syndrome of introspection, fragility, desire for loneliness, can increase the meaning of his life by facilitating awareness of feelings of personal appreciation.

A solid appreciation is needed where one can feel the exigency of a new type of mentality and of a change of image, of the clear conscience of the man’s insufficiency to keep his own emotions and feelings under control, thus, an accurate X-ray of the complexity of phenomena pertaining to a new comprising identity, before pronouncing a verdict for or against.

Leadership is "managed" by evaluating the production assets of a kind of forecast to true values, by enlarging man’s approach perspective, determining the reconsidering of certain characteristics you judge and condemn.

Does your orientation towards understanding a foreign, particular reality, form the object of the science to acquire a new identity regarding the content of a stand-alone experience? This experience which, for that matter, can provide you anytime with a new identity pattern, contributes to the progress of "intuitive" sociological knowledge.

How well do you know yourself so that nothing from the outside influences you? Values such as “self-respect” are gained especially when you meet with yourself in a vulnerable hypostasis, such as: “Be convinced that you can control your thoughts and emotions without influencing the reality around you.”

Oh well, by taking into consideration the general finalities (attitudes transposed into eternal complaints), or finalities defined by the degree of utility or meaningfulness which man can cling to, you can easily take a certain kind of power. That power to rise above what makes you different from others, to manifest your value by repositioning your thinking pattern before a distinct "live view"-kind of entity. This entity has the role to offer a general perspective over the evolution of manifests which people "host", sometimes with a hardly-enviable frequency.

Before being able to produce leadership, try to experience the experience of self-revelation in a context of “separation from the surrounding reality”, in order to learn the ability to maintain your calm, to exercise self-control, lucidity, patience, as if you were alone in a world that is increasingly moving away from the notion of change.
