Learn to know your heart, to know how much trust you can give to it.

Hidden behind a marble column, Prince Dastan was waiting for his brother, Tus, heir to the throne. When he had just appeared in the bedroom, Dastan rushed to him, as eagle pounces on prey, and threatening him with the dagger, spoke to him with hope, but also with fear in his soul:

- Tus, our uncle, Nizam, lied to us. You had trust him, as I had. But he's the one who killed our father, poisoning the mantle that he gave you, the mantle which, at his turn, gave it to me, and that I gave it as a present to our father.

Uttering these words, Prince Dastan expected to see the brighten face of his brother, whose dreary was due to their father's death, but Tus's face become, instead, more careless, and cold. He watched Dastan with an attention not all positive, but with an endless rigor.

- If you're going to kill me, do it now, said Tus, pushed by a harbored hatred toward him.

Dastan, still hoping that his brother will soften the heart, made another attempt, this time more determined to convince him of his innocence. He told him in fragmented stories about their uncle's diabolical plan. But, seeing the lack of reaction and the severe dark eyes of his brother, seeing that he had no confidence in him, he had no choice, but to resort to a final solution in a final gesture of faith. He gathered all his soul strength and stuck the dagger in his heart.

How do you interpret the informations about people who participated in events with impact, under the analysis of their true status?

You can collect and interpret information about people who have participated in impactful events under the conditions of analyzing their true status, that of being either friend or foe, only by evaluating their power of sacrifice demonstrated wherever you played your role of hero and through the consistency with which your power to rise over the pain and start everything all over again is sustained.

To demonstrate your innocence in front of a good friend is equivalent to being under the control of the sin to forgive the injustice and wrongs of your neighbor: you expose your whole life and the past of a crisis of image, living permanently with the burden of lack of gratitude.

Among the key-notes of leadership, "cheapness" should be recognized first, which requires cancellation of value authority and virtues that social relationships depend on. Honesty, the spirit of justice, sincerity, strength of character to which there can be no evasion, can turn into an outdoor prison if you allow others to define you based on the way in which you have announced the obtaining of a final result and especially if you allow them to give a "right" or "wrong" verdict.

A case of construction of leadership can not be conceived over an entire human inner living, bringing forth rights, actions and beliefs that aim to be viable only in the short term. In this case, leadership is proving to be an illusion difficult to sustain, a way of making incompatible the function, the role and the critical reception model of the solidarity message sent.

Are the actions you fulfill a result of your choosing to remain on your own in a context with the value of "test of conscience" that changes with the modification of memories?

Only at that moment Tus, thinking that at the bottom of this story there is a terrible secret, he immersed in thoughts and even felt a kind of concern. He never crossed by mind that Dastan – such a brave warrior, so confident – will be pushed by sincerity, or rather the harshness of his soul to such an act. He was so surprised by this act that, remembering the Dastan words before the suicide that he took the enchanted dagger and pressed the jewel on the handle - releasing the magic sand and thus turning back time.

How much authority can get a man who takes such a courageous decision? Finding himself again face to face with Dastan, Tus felt peace in his mind. For invaluable advice which had followed from his father, the king of Persia, Sharaman, he had given to him so long ago: "Get your ear to advisors, but always listen to your heart."

Is your leadership developing from within when you get close to the final stage of decision-making based on pride and momentum?

A big heart is the perfect work of the leadership. Your heart leads your every fiber. Listen to your heart or otherwise you will collapse in the deepest abyss.

In the movie "Prince of Persia - The Sands of Time", as I told you about a little while ago, Tus felt so moved by how Dastan exonerated himself that he was never quite master of himself to hide his feelings deeply rooted in his being.

He really loved his brother, even if his mind and heart had been cheated by their advisor and their uncle Nizam. In the midst of all events that were piled one above another, and when Dastan has ended his days, a terrible fright had embraced him, a fear which awake him.

This is the material from which was knead Tus - a leader who did not have full confidence in his heart, but who, however, was not alien to human feelings.

There is a poison that can kill almost without leaving traces. It is the vanity of your heart. It is disbelief that you have in your own heart when it comes to taking important decisions. How can you trust your honor, if you do not trust your heart? How could you take good decisions if you do not know you heart very good? Are you going to follow your path as you fate will cut it, good or bad, or you will trust your heart and will try to resist if you're in opposition to fate?

To feel your peace of mind, do not bend your ear to the advice of others, but only after listening to your heart. The development of your leadership comes inside you, from your heart.

Leadership works the same as the heart: it must enliven towards patience and understanding, not towards evil and enmity.

Timeless realm of the heart is a very large and very sensitive land, is a sandy land, slippery that you should approach it with caution. It is a land that you can get lost, or that you can master if you grasp the immensity of it and if you really understand it. It is a realm that if you know it well, if you always feel its pulse and heat, it will never betray you.

It is a land that crosses the same way with other realms, and that if you do not master its big immensity, if you do not populate with positive emotions, with a positive attitude, confidence and courage, you will not get inner peace that so coveted by everyone that spiritual reconciliation with yourself so much needed, but you will always feel pain and suffering.

Conclusion: Know thyself to know others and thus learn to know your heart to know how much confidence you can give - so you can know and others, supporting them with such confidence, how much they worth.
