- Count ! – shouted Maximilien in full swing – take heed ! I say this to you for the third time, because I am frightened by the power you have over me. Take heed of the meaning of these spoken words, my eyes animate once more, my heart warms up and beats again. Beware, for you make me believe in supernatural things. If you will command me to lift the tomb stone that covers Jairus’ daughter, I will obey. If you will wave me, with your hand, to walk above the waves, I will walk upon them like the Apostle. Take heed, I shall obey !

- Wait, my friend, the count repeated.

- You mock me, sighed Maximilien falling once more from the height of his ardor to the abyss of sadness. You do as good mothers do or, rather, selfish mothers, who settle through honeyed words the child’s pain, because the screaming tires them. No, my friend. I was mistaken when I told you to take heed. You fear nothing. I shall bury my pain carefully within the bottom of my chest, I shall cover it and I shall conceal it to such a degree that you will not even care to deplore it.

- I feel such pity for you, Maximilien, believe me, such pity that if I will not heal you in a month, day after day, hour after hour, remember well what I say upon you, I shall put you myself in front of loaded pistols and a cup full with the surest of poisons, with a poison stronger than the one which has killed Valentine. *

Does the consciousness you practice at any point in your life introduce a sign of probability into your reference system to limit the manifestations of the height of your greatness?

Only when you are challenged will something happen within you. Something new seems to materialize, transforms, struggles, gathers and you’re under the impression that you see yourself from the distance of an existence lost through the labyrinth of a world situated at another value pole. This amalgam of states connected through the continuity of character and soul that accompany your life, is translated in a spectrum called the soul, which speaks only through the heart.

And when the soul only hums symphonies muted by longing and love, in this stage of suffering, in that second of straying into a confused and overwhelming reality, leading necessarily to one conclusion, namely, to quitting, then emerges that attitude of suspicion of everything. You come to stop believing in anything and anyone.

Here we can put a sign of probability that tends towards certainty, as a kind of life motto belonging to the comedian Moms Mabley: “Life is like poker: if you don’t risk anything, there’s nothing to gain.”

The first step towards the conquest of leadership is that rising of the man from within himself in a completely special way, by eliminating the accumulation of meanings attributed to supreme suffering. To redefine himself as a counter-reaction to what doesn’t work, so as to not be a slave of the weakness of coming to terms with his fate.

The life that your charged conscience sustains is the form of the spiritual power to taste the freedom of the illusion to control everything. It must be taken into account that the soul can only raise its power to the rank of self-evaluation if it is represented as an example of an exemplary mobilization towards acquiring a higher capacity for understanding and judging things.

Cherish yourself for what you represent when life only offers you concrete reasons for concern, when it no longer gives you reasons for happiness. Only here occurs the true test of character. The advice of a leadership guru sounds something like this: "Look within you and see if that seed that is at the core of future achievements exists – meaning, that unshaken confidence in your own strengths".

I believe the first step to being strong, placing yourself in a transformational leadership, in so far as it requires some retouching of the model of reacting to any kind of constraints and existential events, is to launch a "functionality" that allows for the fast search in that representation of the world related to phenomena that surpass the narrow framework of the necessity of preventing the loss of your own essence. Of your own individuality, which is expressed beyond immediate action. This functionality can be of the type of self-motivation: “Nothing can turn me against my own conscience.”

And salvation, great through the unconditional love of someone or something, and facing the demon within you, self-deprecating thoughts, comes from where "Must" mixes with "I can", offering a measure of order in a state of chaos.

When you get to not fear anything, to not regret anything, when you get to bury your pain with so much care within the bottom of your chest, and not just conceal it like a fragile trail from which you risk crashing off of at the very first hard trial, but in such a way in which you can never go back unless you pay with your life, only then does the attempt of representing yourself as being stronger stand out.

The power of the soul can acquire a huge significance by the fact that it is willing to gain its faith in a divine plan, and to live through it, only when it scans the horizon from the height of the fire to the precipice of sadness, or vice versa.

Tombstone refers to the spiritual pain life brings with itself, forcing man to blindly obey its rules. And the man with leadership qualities is an operating system with strong emotions, running commands introduced by a program line that describes a resistance to any kind of estrangement from the realities of life.

Life itself tests the strength of character of a leader, introducing a sign of probability – which expresses alike the cataloguing of the past and the prediction of the future – in his system of reference in order to limit his manifestations. Does he have the ability to transform his experiences into an ambition that doesn’t fill up with anxiety?
