Everything Depends On The Leader
I crossed unexpected borders, as if from one world to another, thoroughly mixed, towards everything ripe to for the evolutionary and dynamic process. I, a man inclined towards the values of earthly life, he to whom a revelation of the hidden would awaken the impetuous need to migrate to the version of truths that have, with time, become lies. You must always know what you seek so that you may know what you are not.
Helpless, I fell prey to misleading thoughts, small glimpses of the limited being that continuously repeated themselves with few choices of answer, and in this sense, the door towards the attempt of escaping reality remained closed. But I did not understand what was with the windows that remained open, experiencing a phenomenon of exaggeration, because I seemed to orient myself, same as a painter seeks the plasticity of expression for an idea he wishes expressed, towards a distancing from the truth, towards a superior version of my own self, towards an almost impossible absolute.
A thousand heavens fall into the fourth dimension of the invisible universe, as a phenomenon of inexplicable resonance, splitting the crystals of fire in a single disclosure. And, suddenly, you are condemned to have a seat between your own fictions, worthy of a Kafka novel, of a Joseph K. evolving from normal to absurdity.
To be someone completely different was the premise of a total re-absorption of the extremities of a continuous axis of the never-before tried. Whoever tried to understand me would have been deceived, confused. They would’ve lost the sense of time that passed ever so quickly as their mind would’ve been busy discerning incomprehensible phenomena.
Only a master of chemical compositions, bearing within him all that is more realistic and genuine, knowing how to extract the expression of a state of matter from any relation of concentration, at first unclearly outlined, and then, gradually, more precisely defined, only he would succeed in controlling the access to that dimensionless space, which the famous author Artur Silveştri called "the indefinite." A space that connected me to a potential reality, defined by total acceptance.
When man directly faces realities that manifest themselves as being inconsistent with the whole image of the world, between the intensity of the exercise of intellect and the volume of the effort of all possibilities of understanding the indefinite, along the portion of lines that make a 90-degree angle with knowledge, it is then that a cause and effect relationship is felt. A reversal of the entire vision.
In art, this is similar with being receptive to everything that is new, through the developing the ability of being part of an experiment whose premise is the phenomenon of exaggeration. Do you dare to undertake such an adventure?
Lebanese artist Khalil Gibran said that exaggeration is the truth that lost its patience. Which means, even if the question "to what extent can you remain the creator of endless possibilities?" is still to be clarified, to relate to a series of amplifications of creativity into a different direction, thus migrating towards a version of truths that can, with time, become either essentialities or lies in the perimeter of knowledge.
A sort of combination of thought, expression of ideas and an openness to knowledge through experience and intuition of the world, in terms of multiple and sometimes uncontrollable conditions, which generates an expansion of your own consciousness to where you no longer feel your limits. In leadership, this expansion signifies a trend towards accepting the impossible as a protest against those restrictions of identity that prohibit any representation of reality by connection with the imaginative space, in order to become a different man.
You should always know what you’re looking for so that you may know that which you are not, even if this involves that wild courage of believing in an idea with all your heart, by connecting to a fictional reality.
And when you find something new and want to appreciate the benefits of a possible disclosure of a new perspective, rising up victoriously over the inconveniences encountered throughout the whole challenge called "What if?", you turn into an individuality of a distinct originality, into a whole of a specific manner, into the man of tomorrow.
You can propose yourself to an interpretation as a prototype of the new man, in a general or specific way, depending on your inclination towards a distancing from the truth, towards a superior version of your own self and towards an almost impossible absolute. The general way refers to the simple act of practicing thought that portrays reality in an objective and truthful manner. While the specific way means overreaching the mark far beyond the limits of linear thinking.
And, not least, you become the result of an interpretation over what makes you think, over what you expect to be expressed within you and through you.
Total Acceptance Into The Indefinite refers to the possibility of man to be able to control access to that dimensionless space – of experimenting new approaches, constantly oscillating between the two worlds (that of reality and that of fiction), without any kind of limitation.
Only there where you directly encounter realities that manifest themselves as being contrary to the opinion of others, of which you may be inclined to believe that it changes known truths, through a kneading and baking of thoughts within the oven of the mind, even with the price of some exaggerations, will the path to the surreal man be opened. The only one who will be able to give meaning to topics less addressed.
Why read this book? Because it is critical to optimizing your performance. Because it reveals the main coordinates after that are build the character and skills of the leaders, highlighting what it is important for them to increase their influence.
