Under Pressure

Almost everyone was contaminated, injured, groaning with the pain of death, due to a major force that turned everything into a desert of resignation, a particular force that only scientists could tame, but not eliminate. You cannot fight against an inevitable death, the desert itself becomes a force of resignation, transforming everything into a polluted world, despite the current science that you would have believed had advanced so much. Science had not found a cure. Yet. I’m referring here to the movie World War Z.

In a world that cannot reanimate itself, exerting a harmful, dominant influence over the general impression, where understanding of the meaning of an ethic of sacrifice is subordinate to the greatness of scientific creation, a small Zorro always survives – but without a mask, and rather equipped with a high capacity for analysis and synthesis, which can stop the expansion of evil.

His name is Gerry Lane. Former employee of the United Nations. He embarks on a race against time to find "The Cure", transitioning to normality, the returning to life of all of those undead beings.

The man who understands the pain of the world in terms of consciousness refers to leadership by accessing serious events at the level of comparison with an Olympic champion who is forced to reveal himself as a miracle of the sacrificial experience.

This scientist, so dumbfounded by what is happening, but at the same time excited beyond measure, gets involved with his whole being, as a true chemist, in the search for the revealing formula of the antidote’s composition, the beneficent substance, trying to understand the totality of the determining cause of the epidemic. Basically, he goes by the thread of the cause that generates the effect by decomposing it in its constituent elements: human and material, interconnected.

After the initial panic, when the whole world seemed to spin uncontrollably around a muffled and mysterious madness, continuously progressing from suffering to tragedy, a strange curiosity takes possession of Gerry, an irresistible attraction to various types of human reactions and quantitative aspects of these events, as well as classes of causative organic compounds, which grant him the possibility of completing professional knowledge. And, therefore, his effort in finding meaning in what is happening around him is visible.

Are you creative in trying to understand the "totality" of a determining cause, by decomposing it into its constituent elements, so as to generate another attitude at the level of being that faces its destiny as a conjugate effect of providence and human actions?

If the impression that all of these worldly "disorders" leave is closely linked to the imprecision of finding its triggering causes, due to the completely striking novelty, then the effort of giving meaning to what happens comes down only to a man endowed with all the positive sides that a scholar should have: the desire to seek, even if one is crossed by the tragic thrill given by the awareness of the fact that he has nothing left to find.

That better "myself", from a personal and professional standpoint, to which man aspires to with a discernment proper to the situation triggered by a particular cause, is directed against the force that turns everything into a desert of resignation. Being creative in the attempt of understanding the totality of the determining cause, which is beyond your will, by decomposing it into its constituent elements, is clearly the typical way in which your all-powerful self addresses everything.

Leadership reproduces the image of the result of the processes of finding the "totality" of the determining cause, conducted at two levels:

On the one hand, the moderator of uncertain events perceives information that is not available to just anyone, in a certain way, in the context of preferences, experience and information held from sources other than those of the cause they study. On the other hand, he designs and transmits a desired image, favorable, which is equivalent to exiting a state of blindness, meaning, with the dependency of the results of research on the possibilities of self-rediscovery.

The leader can be considered a prophet when he manages to preview the possible result of a compensatory and beneficial effect, depending on the evolution of an uncertain event, making possible the delimitation between protection and control, between the present and the past world.

Only in an Under Pressure state can man focus his full attention to surprise his intelligence and reactions to his actions during difficult events.

Such a man learns, primarily, to relate to what is happening to him, to what he sees around him, to what he needs to know. Then, he learns to recognize himself in everything he discovers, easily finding his place in the space of production of new samples of reasoning.
