We Rarely Notice What We Really Need To See

Unravel the mystery behind the image that fascinates you by building your own story inspired by the visual composition.

The challenge of submitting my imagination to illustrate a given theme had now become accessible, more than ever. In the end, it was all about my mind being swept through the waves of the senses, as a kind of powerful incentive, an honorable reward that I felt I had achieved by looking, and only looking, at the connection between sea and land, between infinity and fertility. Yes, there is something fulminant in the way the artist, bent on creation, feels his emotion like a tsunami force, tempered only by the sea breeze that caresses the traveler's dream to infinity.

If the emotion is not expressed, is not deepened in a seascape, and if it does not pour out in waves of color on the canvas, then the artist feels it in confusion and helplessness. But when the emotion is already expressed through an Oliscenta Umesque Edmaerche, a state of inner liberation and peace, in which the soul feels pure, in harmony with divinity and its own essence, then the theme of the painting comes to life through delicate touches and vibrant lights. Therefore, the faculty of sight to capture the beauty of the sea must become a mirror of the artist's soul, reflecting his deepest feelings.

At that moment, when sight intertwines with dreaming, giving life to fantastic worlds, when the unique experience of immersion in the beauty of nature, with beaches and cliffs, intertwines with the sensitivity of the artist, painting a story on the canvas of the soul, then any feelings of helplessness and vanity disappear from my sensations. Exactly. My consciousness seems enlightened and facilitated by a vision capable of broadening my horizons, a kind of window to unknown worlds that also reflects a mirror of my inner universe.

Can you make a direct connection between your thoughts and their form expressed in art, so that the visual impact they cause is deep and authentic?

After all, DaVinci said it better than me: "You'll have to sit through the first scene in a perspective at the height corresponding to the eye of the beholder; then, still small and by arranging the faces and the things according to the hills or valleys, you will fill in the whole scene. And for this and for other reasons that could be said, try first of all to render by drawing, in a way that is easy for the eye to understand, the thought and in the preconceived imagination and in the mind. "

Because the sea viewed from the angle of a canvas becomes a story of infinity, a symphony of blue, a mirror of the soul that I wanted to show only in a scene that the eye rarely encompasses. A scene that the eye will never be able to capture in its entirety, but only intuiting fragments of the hidden splendor of a world conceived first in the mind, then carefully expressed in creation. Because that's what any artist, especially one as talented as me, aims to take refuge in the art of beauty expressed through mobilizing images that, in a way, fix an event between the sea and the land.

A violent storm, a fishing scene, a moment of deep stillness, the effects of light and shadow on the surface of the water depending on the time of day, or the graceful movement of seagulls. All these events, through the power of imagination, can evoke the feeling of freedom and hope, but at the same time they can trigger a deep introspection about my own life and my place in the world.

Who am I in the midst of the freedom to paint the sea? They are a release from limitations. I am looking for a way to connect with nature and express my own vision of the world.

Can you construct an image that enhances the emotional and symbolic impact of the idea that a world that the eye coldly takes in becomes the backdrop for a personal inner journey?

Remember the character of Dumas in the work "The Hand of Providence", when he uttered the famous words: "I will be strong, I will be rich, I will be what I want, I will dominate the chaos that will result from a world that disappears and another which constitutes."

In this regard, I would have to add an artistic detail, or rather a visual or symbolic metaphor that illustrates the struggle and determination of the individual in front of the elements of nature. Combining seemingly contradictory elements, such as the power of nature with the fragility of man, can create a tense and dynamic image.

For example, an artist like myself might use the image of a traveler on a long and difficult road, or a sailor on a rough ocean, to emphasize perseverance and the will to survive and thrive despite difficulties. This image could heighten the emotional and symbolic impact of the idea that a world that the eye chillingly encompasses becomes the backdrop for an epic inner personal journey.

But if the sea were to read these words and meditate on them, what would she have to say?

- Swirled up In an apparent state of security that I thought I had built around myself, I became uncaring. Then, one day, I caught you on the beach, with your warm gaze, you aimed at me, at the easel. With that gentle breeze of your gaze, you follow me discreetly, with the humility of one who sits things down the ladder of God, while I reveled in the ruddy glints of the sun broken in my immensity. You were captivated by my every move in the golden twilight. The weak rays of the evening crept between your so sincere, clean vision and my reddish horizon, full of emotion, letting the contours of an image, of an experience be seen., the form of a feeling. While you were pouring out the image to me, I was carefully calculating the minutes, hours, days, that had passed since the moment of our meeting, more concerned with my task of bad like an unforgettable dream. And then, only in the reality of a life that leaves nothing out, against the background of an edifying sensitivity, I noticed what I should have understood from the beginning: "Only an artist can see beauty in me, more than my own eyes can."

Leadership is the vision with which you broaden your horizons, so that everything that encompasses your self creates a bridge between what you feel and what you express.

We rarely notice what we really need to see, because our attention is focused on the superficial details, only on the image, not on the content. When the artist can feel as he sees, then the image to which he relates will become alive in his soul, and thus he will be able to convey a profound message with unparalleled force and authenticity. Or, as the sea well remarked:

"Only an artist can see the beauty in me, more than my own eyes can."
