I realized that the only way to make art is to immerse yourself completely in living, through a kind of continuous, self-imposed transformation with purifying action. Oana Fântânaru, my sister, is an example of absolute dedication to art, as she leaves her personal mark on every step, as she overcomes her limits, both physical and spiritual. I still wonder if art, the indefatigable force with which she deeply identifies, claims victory over her entire being before she reaches the heights of art.
This year he won a place on the podium at almost all mountain half-marathons in Romania. With each path traversed, with each peak conquered, her passion not only deepens, but is reconfigured, becoming a "continuous revelation" - mountain trails are no longer just spaces for physical effort, but sanctuaries, places of gathering of the mind where find authenticity. Indeed, she wanders between the desire to overcome physical limits and the call of the mystery that lurks in those wild places, exploring not only the terrain, but also her own fears and aspirations.
Purification through art requires total abandonment, for the essence to be discovered and expressed, especially against the background of an intense, exhausting, but also revealing race. Mountains are not just simple geographical targets, but spiritual mirrors, each stone being a symbol of the obstacles to be overcome. Every moment when she feels "tempted by convenience", Oana lets herself be carried away by the desire to discover what is beyond the line of sight, like an explorer who is not satisfied only with the available maps, but wants to draw new ones with the power of her body to express oneself freely, with varied, complex movements, artistically executed through the harmony between strength and grace, through sequences of jumps and stretches full of grace, through the fusion of technique and spontaneity.
Can you recognize in every effort you make a divine sign, a call to a higher spiritual dimension, which profoundly transforms your being into a receiver of higher revelation?
Of course, beyond the line of the seen is that dimension of the spirit freed from physical and mental constraints, starting from the consideration that: "only by overcoming known limits can we find our authenticity." When she participates in competitions, it is as if her every step on the mountain paths becomes an invisible brush, painting with sweat and determination on the infinite canvas of nature. The "whispers of the ancestral stone" echo in her every move, turning simple running into a sacred ritual of becoming. Step by step, he overcomes not only his bodily limits, but also the invisible boundaries of his own consciousness.

Here, in Oana's art of running on the mountain paths, with incredible grace, skipping steps as if crossing an invisible thread between heaven and earth, new tendencies to combine movement with meditation emerge with elemental force. These are symptomatic of the decisive orientations of modern painting, in which the soul opens itself to the viewer without mask or illusion.
