If you want to increase a certain area of influence, then be realistic about the demands of supply that are available in that area.

He was afraid of small rooms, wardrobes and caves, and now he was afraid lest the next day, during the escape, to crack and to ruin everything. So, he decided to escape by alone, exactly in that night, even if the chances of success were minimal.

He slipped away quietly through the wooden barracks and came very close to the wire fence surrounding the camp. He was just preparing to risk his life when, suddenly, someone grabbed his hand. It was his best friend, Willie, the only that he trusted.

Willie begged Danny: "Do not run. Do not spoil the whole thing. Do not be afraid, I will be next to you tomorrow in the tunnel no matter how long it is."

Leadership: Do you set up your soul fund based on the judgment of your own conscience that demands a rescue act?

What had prompted Danny, the character played by Charles Bronson in the movie "The Great Escape (1963) to renounce at his initiative of escaping in that night? What prompted him to listen to the advice of his best friend?

It is about that magnetism, generated by the trust, which radiates a special energy that attracts a person to another - it is about that power of influence that connects the two worlds: the world of beings that condemn themselves to death, and the world of a being that saves them. There are two different perceptions, and an obscure spiritual connection possessing that power able to ensure the change.

What is the human argument that guides your steps towards the fulfillment of an act of salvation? How, and depending on what exactly are you setting up your spiritual background?

The soul fund inclined towards generosity, within the limits of a safe area to respond to decisions affecting your life, is the mark of your personality expressed through a self that announces its total abandonment of the superior meaning you give to your actions. It is the ultimate energy hidden within you that comes to light when you are willing to give up your own safety to embrace the repercussions of your reaction to the critical situations you relate to.

When we talk about leadership, the most important thing it is to put people, especially those with whom we have a close connection, and with whom we collaborate, on the first plan. If we manage to be always with them in difficult moments, we will win them on our side - and they will remain grateful to us for a long time.

Leadership: Do you cherish the reasons that keep you in your current relationship with other people from the point of view of the conditions to be met and the limits that should not be overcome?

The contribution that we bring to the realization of an important step, dealing with it with a spirit of responsibility and a serious capacity of decision, interfering with a clear and a fair judgment, is it enough to increase our efficiency level? Is this step characterized in a certain extent through a "payment" or through a superficial taking into consideration of our reactions opposite the aspirations, perceptions and the ambitions of others?

Yes. In a kind of way, it is needed a payment in advance in order to collect from others the compulsory insurance that would cover us with understanding, with the best feelings in all respects. However, the efficiency level increases only when we receive feedback from people across the way in which we acted on their behalf, for them or against their will.

The Danny's acceptance of cancelling his attempt to escape that would have certainly signed his death sentence; it meant a positive feedback to Willie that could better assess his potential of influence.

In this situation, the condition to be fulfilled and the limit that should not have been exceeded was the act of free will, which concludes that a person becomes aware of their belonging to someone else because they want it, not because it is asked of them. Or that a person who becomes aware of his or her own deficiency or frustration tries to avoid it by resorting to efforts of over-tensing physical and spiritual powers.

Your affiliation to someone else is the first signal that you are no longer the master of anybody, but the servant of a common cause that should not be sought within the horizons of events that facilitate deceptions, but in the transition from rejection to loyalty.

By increasing your potential of influence, without getting a positive feedback from other people it is like you want to make export, but you are in an area that does not trade. Consider the position you want and your level of efficiency. If you want to gain with your leadership, if you want to increase a certain area of influence, then be realistic about the "demands of supply" which are available in that area.

Does anyone need to be saved? How many help requests can you answer? What is their value in virtue of your powers of full authority and ability to be responsible?

However, not all the people will launch "requests" of help. Are you a true leader? Will you seize their perceptions, their inner states, and will you try to give them a helping hand, even if they are unshakeable in their decisions?

Leadership is the way to test your value limits in unfavorable life situations where you have to adjust your affective states and triggering thoughts without ever feeling the need to put one on top of the other.

On what area of influence you perform better? On the spiritual or on the material area? On the social or on the entrepreneurial area?
