At the end of the movie "Leon - The Professional", Mathilda follows the advice that Leon – the killer, her only best friend, gave it to her shortly before his death. So, having no other options, she goes to Tony, Leon's "adoptive father" who had promised him that he would take care of Mathilda, if he will be killed.

Taking a friendly attitude, Tony gives her a one hundred dollar bill - money for entertainment, and promises that he will always help her.

- Can I take a job for this? Mathilda asked him, in honor of appreciation that she had for Leon.

- A job? What can you do? Tony asked her with curiosity.

- I know to kill.

Two people, the same affinities. Raised by Leon, Mathilda began to resemble more and more with him. He became the expression of her soul, an example for him - good and convincing, even if she was just a child and did not know enough life. He remained in her heart. The ideas and the guidance that he gave to her, especially vis-à-vis to the "art" of killing (the very essence of his leadership) still living, yet it enlightened her whole being.

Perceiving her inner voice that was whispering to her: "Be a killer, be like Leon" Mathilda had the feeling that her life has taken on a meaning, a purpose, a perspective.

Leadership means entering into harmony first with yourself and then with others. It’s just a way to rise higher than what you can have and give, than who you are behind prefabricated masks in a certain sense, still unrevealed.

You could always resort to boosting prospects for approaching a new thinking concerning what you consider to be really valuable for your transformation, for better or for worse, but also for many other assessment methods of your constant "to be". All these expectations, estimates, calculations, intentions and direction adjustment, no matter how reprehensible or commendable, closely related with forms of direct knowledge, are able to ensure leadership operating, maintenance and development.

If we try to investigate human "roots" as essence of an only individually valid truth by taking a reference sample at a behavioral and feelings expression level, we could easily determine the type of relationship established between individuals.

The state of well-being and motivation of the extraordinary encounter with thought and a feeling of the opposite sense does not fit well with the mechanism of your needs unless you feel disappointed with yourself.

Let’s imagine an inward movement, a special feeling arising from the development of a new rationality that shatters professional contexts and then begins to contribute to the enrichment of life experience. What can now be called "willingness to adapt to a new life", taking as model a man a lot more rich at heart, bringer of peace and equilibrium in life, could be replaced by the willingness to surpass yourself by widening the sphere of consciousness and enriching the behavioral repertoire.

Psychologically speaking, there is a shift from being a regular individual from the "experimental" stage of harsh living conditions, to the "unitary system" stage of thinking and feeling, comprising a similar structure to the followed model, creating added value and then separated value, causing the emergence of a new human: Beyond the old darkness.

Is the truth that restores your main goal in life guided by the motto: "More human than I know myself"?

Without a doubt, the heart is not lying and longing is not disappointing when there is a direct relationship between you and the other, an interweaving of your feelings with their feelings.

To influence those around you, they need to find in you a role-model; they need to discover in you those qualities that they appreciate enormously. In other words, they must be in line with what you want, with the reality of your life, with your own personality – with what you are, what you feel with your ideals. So they will be penetrated by that strong desire to aspire to be like you incessantly.

Externalizing his inner world, Leon came in harmony with Mathilda. He had a great influence on her - and she, feeling a deep sense of respect, admiration, attraction, she wanted to be like him, a killer, probably even better than him. Her feelings have developed since he was with her in critical moments of her life, and not having a different pattern to follow she had immersed in the only reality that she could know.

This spiritual light which surrounded the girl, positive from her point of view, has prompted her life and gave it a sense, which made to keep something in her from Leon.

The true wealth of the soul is the need to feel appreciated by the world when your abilities are released by devotion to something more magnificent than what you think about yourself.

Where The Heart Does Not Lie, Where The Longing Does Not Disappoint designates the rapprochement between two personalities who, even if they are not together, exhibit the same attributes, the same emotions and the same extremes.

As a leader you can influence people's lives for the better or worse. It depends primarily on the values that you've developed and promoted in your life and others. Depends on your quality, but also other's. And if you're one step ahead of the others, but they do not want to follow you, it's better to retire.

Conversely, when you find a good leader that understands your work and your points of view, who provides an appropriate environment for your development, it will be found the motivation to move forward together.
