Your true value is not confirmed by what you observe on the outside, but by what you recognize in the invisible value waiting to be seen.

In the literary imagination, The Secret of Wilhelm Storitz outlines the figure of a character who transforms invisibility into a weapon of resentment. The son of a German scientist, Wilhelm becomes the heir to a formula that allows him to disappear from the field of human perception. Rejected by the Roderich family, he converts his frustration into a campaign of sabotage. Becoming an unseen but active presence, Storitz disrupts order and compromises the happiness of others, using his power not for creation but for destabilization.

Starting from this character, I created the "Wilhelm Storitz syndrome", which can be understood as the painful experience of value incapable of manifesting itself visibly. It is the state in which a real potential, although existing and consistent, remains hidden or unrecognized, incapable of translating itself into an externally validated form. At the heart of this concept lies the frustration of discrepancy: the difference between what could be and what actually ends up being perceived. The result is the feeling of symbolic waste, in which effort or talent does not translate into a clear success, assumed and confirmed by others.

Do you explore your inner duality as a way to orient your being towards Good or Evil, whenever you are faced with the challenge of remaining the same?

There is one thing more difficult than changing yourself, and this is the bet made with you – of not changing yourself.

A reorientation, the possibility of a renaissance, a revival of your most beneficial and important qualities, by an impulse of the will, the development of a creative energy through a renewal of the "Man" within you, all these are just some filaments that measure on a single wire that magnetic bobbin, which if it is not interrupted can give a higher impetus to the leadership.

Even so, a simple source, such as a battery, has two terminals, one positive and the other one negative, between them existing a difference of potential. You cannot be relaxed and tense at the same time; you cannot go forward with stubbornness and determination, repeating the same mistake, always hoping to get a different result – a positive one.

Before reaching the destination, before embracing the leadership, you must connect the two terminals of your personality "to make yourself unseen" and "to show you in the light of reality" through a more comprehensive and a more open circuit. So that would rise a new current, based on a bolder, and a more progressive configuration, such as "I am who I am supposed to be" or "I'll do what I was supposed to do" from the point with a lower potential, to the one with a higher potential.

Can you recognize the moments when your real potential fails to translate into an externally validated form, as a condition of stagnant subjective fulfillment?

When you are unseen, your orientation changes for the worst, because you gather within yourself truths from an adversarial experience that rejects inclusion and social condition, disorienting your entire psychic structure. You begin to see an intransigent attitude similar to the man who relates to God, maintaining his true identity in a security and alert context or in a threat and intimidation context.

The leadership, from the first until the last impulse to get up to the height, needs a great potential that could make a change. First of all, it is necessary the piercing of that isolator, which prevents your ability to be what you are supposed to be. An escape from the reality that does not suit you, hostile, injurious, or that does not fulfill you enough.

Do you only detect your "Wilhelm Storitz syndrome" when the value of your own impact remains below justified expectations, due to the inability to reflect the greatness of your potential?

Once you create a fabulous world through the merit of transforming yourself into someone else because of the power to make yourself unseen, beyond the aspects that could be improved at the level of building a great character, you will have to plead your beliefs in greed, arrogance, lack of respect, persecution and hostility.

The barrier in the way of the creative energy transfer that can undeniably highlight your leadership qualities is given by the estrangement of yourself. A common phenomenon that occurs in the cases of discharges with positive energy, and laden with negative energy. Be careful not to get lost in someone else's personality !

Investigate ! Investigate ! Investigate ! Investigate the past, investigate the present, try to predict the future and look if not by chance you are the creation of an Alter-Ego. Examine yourself very well, and look if not by chance begin to appear some discordant notes between "the one you are" and "the one you are not supposed to be".

An unseen opponent, you yourself, changed at 180 degrees. A Wilhelm Storitz who, possessing all the complexity of passions, feelings and human beliefs, can take over all your conscious, by transforming you into the person that you never wanted to be, into the personality that does not honor a leadership of quality.

The true tragedy lies not in the lack of value, but in the inability to manifest it visibly, transforming authentic potential into frustration through the discrepancy between what you are and what you manage to be seen as.

Wilhelm Storitz Syndrome refers to the isolation of real potential, by the fact that an inner "other" occupies your consciousness, where your truth remains captive. I say this because the personality fragments through imitation, under the impact of the misdirected need for validation, so that you lose control over your own constructive becoming.

Do you find yourself in front of some contradictory truths of your true nature? Through your actions, through your system of values, through the thoughts that you gather, are you transforming yourself into another personality - created by an Alter Ego? Are you dressing the robe of a personality, which negatively marks your leadership? Can you pass that last deadline in order to meet your unseen enemy: you yourself?
