With Too Little They Got Far
Amplify your potential for change, by generating that supreme state of mind that would allow your access towards excellence.
Napoleon Bonaparte, Abraham Lincoln, John D. Rockefeller. What did these three have in common? Firstly, each of them somehow hallmarked humanity, making it into the history books, then each of them was born poor and, at the same time, each of them had a burning desire to surpass theselves and to succeed in life.
They managed to find their mission on their own because they understood a great truth: When you have a clearly defined goal, it doesn't matter how reach it. In other words, none of them benefited from material advantages, they all started from scratch, but came at the head on the world's stage because they didn't allow circumstances to discourage them.
People who are worthy of praise have that searing desire to overcome their humble circumstances. They follow their desires to the point they become the ardent obsession of their life. No matter how many drawbacks they must overstep, for them, life represents an enormous spring of joy, like an occasion of displaying their talent and value. Their desire to tuck up and get to work is so great that nothing can stop their rise to success.
Is the meaning you give to life a courageous attempt to convey the aspirations and means of achieving your unity and natural independence under the subsequent co-ordination of a cause of great meaning?
Do you know why ECU (Engine Control Unit) is usually the most powerful microprocessor of all that exists in a car?
For it is the most put on to work. Practically, it has to do millions of calculations per second, having to analyze the data provided by dozens of sensors placed throughout the car, and then to decide on the best values to transmit them to the engine, for it to work with a minimum consumption of fuel and to less pollute the environment.
Can you work with a minimum consumption of "fuel" ? So that your area of development to progress, you have to be consistent with yourself, with your own values, and with your ideas at any cost. You have to put to work mostly your will, and that supreme state of mind, that state of maximum experience and safety that would allow your access towards excellence.
All those individuals who have achieved excellence, have been encouraged and self-propelled themselves forward, when the quantity of fuel from their reservoir of values and hope was small. Their unity of control was the energy combined with the ambition to go further. They have worked without "polluting" the area of excellence of others, and without consuming in any way the resources to existence of others.
Their cause was one of great meaning: to impose themselves in the face of implacable changes of history as a final result.
Can you maintain yourself in concordance with yourself and what you want to become without straying too far away from the elements you believe in when you are subjected to a reasoning that believes itself to be almighty?
Laert, the son of Polonius from "Hamlet, the prince of Denmark", confessed to King Claudius: "And for my means, I'll control them so well /They shall go far with little."
We should all adopt this principle when we set forth without holding any kind of advantages. We are personally responsible for our destiny and the way we approach difficulties. Maybe we will have to make many efforts and even more sacrifices and we will, also, confront ourselves with many difficult set-outs before crossing the line that separates success from failure. But if we'll be animated by a strong desire, we'll eventually manage to achieve our goals, no matter how far or impossible they might seem.
A little means a lot. Low budget, but a strong desire to succeed in life and get exceptional results. I think that's all we need in order to fulfill our dreams: a strong desire. And let's not forget that, as someone once said, the mind doesn't know any other limits other than the ones we impose ourselves.
A reason that believes itself to be powerful, when it comes to focusing consciousness on the action that takes place in the spirit of an ideal placed above the adversities of life, in one form or another, happens as a natural result of a Higher Calling in which you have invested a bit of heart or a shred of pride.
When you dare to believe in something beyond all that is human, of much greater value that what life offers, you will not be able to give up on what you expect to find outside of your own story.
