Everything Depends on Who Leads

Worthless Leadership In Romania

Measure yourself with oneself without accepting as a form of alternative mirroring some observers who exclude a strong correction of their own image exaggerations.

That’s why everything is as it is in Romania, as it has been for a very long time now: stupid and always backwards. The real plague that has broken out in our country for two centuries is corruption, that “backward” orientation due to false prophets, that is, those who know nothing, but claim to know everything. It is not surprising that too many piles and relationships within the institutions have gathered people without any solid training in all fields of activity. Toxic people on the inside, but very refined on the outside.

In all state institutions, we find father, mother, daughter, son, grandchildren, in-laws, grandparents, cousins, friends and other relatives, all under the same roof. All of them being great PhD students, with studies abroad, with tons and tons of diplomas, as if they had been picking mushrooms after the rain. All multipolar, with talents in a thousand directions. Just as well versed in philosophy as in accounting. Both a teacher, and a politician, and a psychologist, and an artist, and a singer, sometimes a doctor, sometimes a lawyer, sometimes a consultant, sometimes a presenter, sometimes at the disco, sometimes at the pool, sometimes at the festivities. All great connoisseurs. With high functions. With expensive cars. And they all become businessmen as soon as they get hold of an important post. All secured their pension, but not their immortality…

Not even a single one has a scientific foundation. The three great qualities of the scientist (invention, creation, discovery) are completely lacking in absolutely all our heroes. Basically, nobody knows anything about anything. Their science is “the science of hooves without horseshoes”. The kind of individuals who can barely copy hundreds of paragraphs from books for their PhD, but have no idea what a blog/vlog is in the 21st century.

Have you started to step back to take a greater distance from the point of view of some observers who participate in the unfolding of events, but cannot detach themselves from the routine pleasures in which they feel stuck?

Would these people have anything important to say in any field of science other than what they plagiarized? Dr. Genshin, what else could you write on a blog? If only you would scan a book (written by others) and put it on Scribd, so much to do for people who want to learn something.

These people remind me of that vizier Sams-ud-Davla, from the time of Avicenna, who shamelessly appropriated an important part of the state’s income, increasing his already enormous wealth. He generously distributed his rich estates to his relatives and friends. Bribery and embezzlement reigned in the divans. The caddies-judges decided the cases in favor of those who paid more. The commanders used the army’s money for personal purposes. All these people were like semi-scholars without great possibilities of intellectual expression, or like observers who excluded a strong correction of their own image exaggerations.

And after you’ve brought all your tricks into the government and diminished the value of each individual institution, at least do yourself a favor and put in each sector, in the key functions, someone really well trained in the field. How long are you able to make your way to social or historical events, abusing the power you hold?

Yes, you bring in a talented drummer, an innovator, you pay him 10-20 times better than those quacks who do nothing anyway, and maybe this way things will move better in every institution.

However, in Romania it happens exactly the other way around. All the rotten radishes end up as bosses and directors, and the real specialists leave the country, eventually signing contracts with various private companies.

Are you able to recognize the real existence of an external “interference” that keeps you away from the possible abuses due to the too full of an un-assumed and unguaranteed power that was formed by combining the effects of negative contrast?

And naturally everything goes wrong. A country full of traitors, a country full of cowards and weak professionals. In order for a country to be subjugated easily, you have to destabilize it, that is, you have to weaken the solidity of the institutions, minimize their functionality. And how do you do that? Simple. You replace professionals with mediocre ones. Or, you bring only mediocre people who have no idea what science is, and the truly valuable and innovative ones will find their financial reward, the independence and the status that work offers them even abroad. Because of this, Romania is at the mercy of the great powers.

It is precisely on this principle that America has developed in the last 80 years. The best specialists from all over the world have arrived there, because there they are well paid for their talent, and appreciated at their true value.

No one truly talented will accept to do the work of incompetents (especially for little money). Along the same line of argument of weakening the “perfection” premise, an equally noteworthy observation was made by Avicenna several centuries ago:

“The river of knowledge, which now flows only for the elect, will in time flow over the whole world, to the farthest corners of the earth, and all will know about our teacher, as it will be known about all great and enlightened minds, about all the “gods” of mankind !

False prophets, those whom chance or undeserved privileges have perched in certain places on the summit, and who by boasting of their rank succeed in fooling the multitude, however much they may wish, they will never be able to produce within science that close coexistence between virtue and beauty which is allowed to bear the heavenly harvest.”

Leadership is the privilege of learned people able to promote an image that is not built on the dimensions and resolution of another image (whose background is accepted to be “multitasking”).

The Worthless Leadership in Romania is like a cart pulled by oxen, where the existence of a Tesla car should have been found. I could continue talking about what is happening in Romania at the present time, but I will stop here. I don’t know why. Maybe because I’m tired of the false prophets who appear in lamb’s clothing, but who underneath… are hungry wolves !
