You Can Be The Leader

If it is not in your power to be who you want to be, then find the strength to be someone other than you could’ve been.

- Let me watch you. Looking at you, I feel like I’m seeing my youth again. Tell me, what do you do? What have you been doing for so many bitter years? Where did you disappear when we never met? Come on, let’s talk. I’m inviting you to the fireplace.

- Why haven’t we met? Because seventeen years ago when I left Germany, because of a great unrealized project that my pride refuses to speak of, and because, since then, I have been detained in Paris, related to a deep feeling that my heart wants to hide, I have only left France in order to leave Europe, five years ago.

What have I done? Samuel replied. Ah ! God, I remained what I was. I have no qualms about informing you that I am neither a king nor an ambassador. I am, as before, a poor scholar more concerned with my science than with my wealth. I neglected everything to strengthen my position, and I made no progress except contempt for what I suspect you respect. In this regard, I pursued my goal: to increase my strength and moral freedom, to know people and things, to know. Medicine or translations and scientific papers have helped me to earn a living. But my most intense concern was to polish and enrich my intellect. I studied, I traveled, I researched. I brought from there mysteries and miracles that would have astonished even your father, the illustrious chemist and baron d’Hermelinfeld. You see, nature is omniscient, and when you question it, it answers you. *

Leadership: Given that reality can be known through the means of science, can your personality return to itself in an attempt to finalize a privilege beyond science that becomes expressive in and of itself?

Leadership has no subtitles, you either understand it or you don’t. Just as multicellular organisms arise from a single cell, the egg cell, so too your potential leader will develop from that singular connection that is established between the parties that define you, guaranteeing you the right to impose yourself decisively in the process to change things and actions (which you can change). This is in order to obtain the benefits and the fruits of the long-term results obtained.

Becoming a leader is not easy, but it means constantly shaping your thinking, behavior, and even feelings throughout your life, bringing them to the highest “standards” of the unanimously accepted normal. In other words, the aspirant to the position of leader must model the raw material from which he was endowed at birth through education and self-education throughout his life. He must first be righteous with himself in order to be righteous with all others, a man of integrity and a model of integrity. Then he must go in search of the Great Science, and make his science known.

Defining a privilege above science that becomes expressive in and of itself does not mean giving your opinion when you have nothing to produce, rather it means exercising your skills by applying them in the interaction between what is happening to you and what is about to happen. Science does not produce leaders in itself, but builds a hypothesis that tests the validity of the leader when what happens depends on his privileges.

Just as you can’t build anything on quicksand, you also can’t build anything without a solid structure or reinforcement. You can’t aspire to become a true leader if you have “hidden vices” of character. A leadership developed without this solid armor will prove to be a shaky construction that will quickly collapse.

Have you shaped your thinking in such a way so that your leadership is unanimously accepted if the science you have researched has blinded your eyes, causing you to deny your pride in being a humble servant of reality that is beyond experience?

How can you model the raw material from which “man” is made? How do you impose yourself in the process of changing things? Do people respect your experience? Do you become more productive because of your influence? Do people recognize that they have become more productive because of your leadership?

The shaky construction of leadership emphasizes the idea of ​​leadership decay and obsolescence, when the leader does not bother to be honest, especially with himself, with his work, and then with others and their work. Because people are very careful and eventually, they will notice the way of being of the one who leads them. For the truth always comes out, sooner or later. And then he went with the leadership, especially if it further harms or destroys the true foundations on which it must be based.

Complete your role as a leader by shaping the raw material of your being. Perfect your integrity, work hard to win the hearts of others through honest work and nothing illegal, and as much as possible in the interest of other people, not just yours. People will be happy to shake your hand if you are not tainted by evil.

Help people to know you and understand where you are going, without sinking into the very big and deep swamp of the most dishonest practices, the least noble values. Be a great man, be a man of great character, be ready to be honest even when you are constrained by others or by circumstances.

Leadership: Are you able to deny your own beliefs just because they are shared by someone else at some point?

Any good relationship between people and the leader starts with leadership. And, as someone said, one of the best ways to get to know a leader is to look outside the business world. So, in personal life, the way one perfects one’s self. How does one develop? Does he feed his science with “plagiarism”? Or does he put his mind to it and comes up with solutions on his own? Ask yourself: “Does man do his work alone, or is man made by others’ work?”

Do you agree that people should contribute to your vision and goals? What are the first three hidden things that would come to light about you? Are you a mentor to people and do you help them get through a development process that will make you a better leader yourself? How does your leadership contribute to strengthening interpersonal relationships? Are people loyal to you and always support you, starting from the right premises?

Excellence in leadership is hard to come by, and if you have a different opinion, you are sorely mistaken. To reach the top of the leadership you have to climb the required professional steps, work selflessly and passionately, with tenacity and enthusiasm, and make a commitment to yourself not to give up, not to be overwhelmed by failures and difficulties, and at the same time not to get overly excited about successes, which can sometimes be short-lived.

Leadership is the progress you make to earn that existence that transcends the boundaries of the ephemeral, without conditioning your existence on those experiences that need attention.

You Can Be The Leader if you understood in the journey of your life what Alexandre Dumas expressed so wisely long ago. “Everything is found in the minuscule. The child is small, but within him is a man. The brain is narrow, but it shelters thought. The eye is only a point, but it embraces space.”

Only a wise man can say these words.
