Basically, the challenges of nature reveal unsuspected depths of the runner's spirit, turning every step into a journey of self-discovery.

During mountain running, each step becomes a universal force of self-discovery, and each peak conquered becomes a stepping stone to enlightenment. In that competitive setting, I could see my sister making rapid strides. Oana was the artist to whom the mountain offered inspiration and challenge, and I was the viewer who admired the painting of her life, a witness to her creation. It was as if the mountain itself breathed with her, every rock and every tree becoming silent witnesses to her inner transformation. It was as if gravity itself was losing power to his iron will, and the rarefied air of the heights was becoming an elixir of transcendence. Always the mountains and hills are like the "ancestral cries" that call her, a temptation that she cannot resist, and her answer is an ode sung to the rhythm of hurried steps, where every climb becomes a tribute to her own perseverance. Like the German philosopher who sought the superman in the heights of the mountains, Oana discovers in every mountain race an opportunity to overcome her human limits, transforming the inner chaos into a star of athletic performance.
