Vision As An Image From A Dream

Man seen as part of Creation is a distinct Self formed by the connection established with an infinite world, based on a subjective experience.

I saw myself in a dream whose meaning I cannot understand. The images appeared diluted, diffuse, blurry, as if I had entered some kind of deep trance in which my mind was focused on a part of a refracting mirror in a 3D visual plane. This fact seemed correlated with the distance between a lens and the point where the image of an object at infinity is focused.

The dream indicates distance from realistic reflection, and I was undoubtedly inside a mirror that measured time, magnifying by distortion any reflection of reality. Inevitably positioned, as a reaction to the reaction, as in a painting in which only the color white is found, in the genre of the one made by Kazimir Malevich, my reflection insisted on revealing itself in an infinity of forms. Establishing myself in a certain form was not enough.

Suddenly, in front of me, 3 equal doors opened, parallel, but without right angles. Each of them represented another dream, another attempt to express reality disguised as an illusion strong enough to fool my image reflections. And precisely these polyvalent reflections, unreal, but unexpectedly captivating, triple the effort of subconsciously imposing my personality in the same spectrum of light that crosses a certain medium with a different refractive index.

Yes, there were 3 doors in a dream looking for the dreamer in the mirror. I didn’t know which one to enter, unable to figure out how to proceed as each door led in a different direction. So I closed them all back, hoping to find another dream somewhere else, but one that could be activated by unlocking a single door.

Leadership: Does the image that illustrates your personality include the variety of points of view that give importance to the degree of exposure of your Self in a context of “incursion into a dual reality”?

The space in which I was completely enclosed, without escape, was the testimony of an existence manifested through an Infirhaevah aktha Esvaistyhan , meaning “try to see without believing”. And this space had the profile of a Coleridge fantasy. A man dreams that he is crossing paradise and as proof he is given a flower. When he wakes up, the flower is next to him. It is evident that Coleridge’s desire was to trace the vague, invisible and relatively infinite soul of the artist into concrete, limited, visible works of art, in the fabulous attempt to penetrate the “veiled” phenomena.

Not long after, I came across another mirror, which, like the previous one, opened 3 other doors, opening 3 other perspectives. I didn’t know which one was the right one, my eyes weren’t sure of their vision, they couldn’t distance themselves from the phantasm of an existence that brings out that illusion of admiring the heavens with their glittering constellations. And the vision did not indicate to me any opportunity to realize any of my wishes. One would say that there is a correlation with a deep doubt. It just seemed like an abundance of forays into my past, or unexpected future. Maybe the mirror itself was just a distance from the realistic reflection, and the 3 doors illustrated – each of them – a journey to another space of my life from another dimension?

Out of instinct, I chose the door in the middle, but with the approval of the mind that launched the idea of “autonomy of the poetic image quasi-independent of the creator”, by referring to the intersubjective space that soulfully unifies the emotion with the image. And so I entered through the middle door, into a mirror that controls dreams, directs them, forces them to multiply, regulates the incoming ones, thus ensuring the reverse connection with an unlimited world. And I became part of it, part of a dream that can only be recognized in a mirror.

Leadership: Can the perception you have of yourself and all that represents you include the uniqueness of a subjective experience formed at a distant moment in time, but remembered through superimposed images?

Then I woke up from the dream. The mirror in my room was still there. And when I looked into it carefully, with infinite curiosity, with the reflection of the universe in my eyes, I remembered that I had entered through it and entered a dream whose meaning I understood, only now, simultaneously in real terms. I will never be able to separate what I saw from what will remain a memory…

The rays of light propagated in a perpendicular plane, in an imaginary realm, as in an optical illusion that baffles and tricks the brain. I don’t quite understand if what I saw, in a dream that harbors other dreams, was part of an avant-garde painting reflected in the form of a subjective experience, or if this hypnotic vision, assembling a whole narrative, was just a collection of images superimposed in a real that emanates the revelation of some purpose.

But, by extrapolation, each novelty can lead to the creation of a small universe between Ego and Alter Ego, a metaphysical dualism whose division into equal parts is done uninterruptedly until the return of the basic personality. And, I must say it bluntly: indeed, I was living simultaneously in two universes: reality and dream.

Leadership: Can you represent yourself in a process of receiving an image that transcends time and space, as in a continuous present that mysteriously involves you in a virtual dialogue with yourself?

The mirrors also multiplied, the doors were countless, white prevailed everywhere. On the one hand, there was the risk and psychic automatism, on the other hand, the harmonies of a light intensified in a latent metaphysics, capable of sublimated interpretation of mental states, made their way. All referred to Brion Marcel’s point of view:

“The mission of art remains the same: to communicate the invisible through representations accessible to the senses and the mind, giving us the certainty that this representation is completely similar to what was depicted, having the same qualities and the same merits as the original image, as well as the successor seals to the seal itself, as the shadow to the body”.

A voice from off, latent, impossible to define, commanded me in a low voice: “Don’t mention any of this out loud, and come back at another time”. I don’t know how it’s done, but this unknown, deep, resounding voice, expressed through a paradoxical “dialogued dictation”, had a considerable effect on me. As if something or someone wanted to secretly show me a bright panorama of my future, without compromising the image with which I share the built space of my dream, of sleep.

I was left with only one thought: what I was interested in seeing in myself, in the dream, is a reaction to the reality that only the artist’s eye depicts.

Leadership must be resumed in the case of the manifestation of the act of creation, through an infiltration of dream constructions into dualistic thinking, from which another image of the self results: “what you really believe about yourself is not always reality itself, but only a memory of what has not yet manifested”.

Vision As An Image From A Dream is manifested in the case of creators who amplify their visionary experience with new forays into an imaginary that they assume, experiencing it completely with their soul and mind.

Everything I thought about the act of creation is inversely proportional to the dreamlike vision that the universe planted in my brain. My self, formed in the sphere of the mystical, of the divine, of intuitive knowledge, revealed to me another side of creation, the opposite of what I initially thought. Thus, I can be blamed, like the post-impressionist painters, for launching the idea that – in fact – creation represents the connection we have established with an infinite world, based on a subjective experience.
