I stepped uncertain into an unknown which extended as more as I moved. And as more as I moved, the more the landscape changed, from colored, to black and white. Another world, another time, another realm, another cognitive system, another way to be, totally inconsistent with my previous aspirations.

Everything seemed a hoax, a deception, a sad fiction of immature minds. I launched myself in a search for answers like a creature, which with a single brain, one heart, through a fierce blow of fate, embodies someone else, and lives all the events of time and life. But which, reacting to various defining factors, could be damaged during the transformation.

Like Rashid, caliph of Hauff's work, subjected to the vagaries of his transformation, I came upon the door of the great mysteries, that seemed half-opened. Discerning behind it sighs and whimpers. Amplified sounds of doubt and anxiety, the benchmarks of my own becoming, a kind of collage of practicalities that approximated the arithmetic mean of my expectancies in relation to the frame-objectives and the dimensions of my personality. I could not recover from the amazement, madness, the curiosity, which torrentially seized me.

I pushed the door, but I stopped astonished in the doorway. Behind it was hiding the "otherness" a world that was self-sustaining itself through the exploitation and the inadequate support of the reality, knowledge, guidance, understanding, science and its dominant effects. As if I had not lived my life but other past lives, so twisted and confusing, so unexplored and varied, that I felt the whole world shook. And along with it were rising unknown aspects of my science.

Leadership: Can you choose your dimension of exploring existence as a way of understanding the experience of the event beyond the particular fact that generates reality?

No fan of fantasy literature would have known how to man-up the color of my vision. With obvious surprise, I was transposed into another reality, of the new, of the change, of an existential creation always in transformation. Evolution faced with revolution. A consolation, but a painful one. Un changement de perspective sur les attaques extérieures. A new statute, another way of being, which fit into a variety of scheme, an abstract map, in which were passed the important debts of perceptions, interpretations and instances, as well as the relationships between them.

And still, only the truth behind the door, its justified acceptance, could save me from a total and absurd delusion. The amplification of his own personality through obedience to the forces of life, of time, of the extraordinary composition of the reality. A continuous learning of the science to gain access to the fundamental truths about the Man and his essence in the world.

Perhaps even the science of being more than a Man, to be a whole world, a universe. The dimension of exploration of my existence could be measured by the force of expression with which I was trying to deliver the message of a new direction of thought.

Leadership: Can you enhance your force of reaction to experimental events, through a holistic approach to scientific knowledge?

Trying to understand leadership without obeying a transformation process is like picking up the phone and dialing a number, but a number not listed in the phone book. Will you continue to adhere to a reality that you do not perceive, and that is not consistent or compatible with the belief system, which guides the genuine leaders on the right path? Or, to a reality that is always long in coming.

A kind of denial of everything that you have accumulated in the present, through the force of reaction to the events lived experimentally or even a priori, through a holistic approach to scientific and existential knowledge. Which can lead to increasing processing performances of visions and revelations, inspiration and intuition, necessary to satisfy the intentions to discover, acquire and know new things throughout your life. You can separate from what is limited only by the means of the consciousness, which removes the nescience, ignorance and lack of understanding, notifying you of the danger that hangs over you when you refuse to follow your renewal impulses.

The leap in the consciousness that is in a permanent impact with the reality of subjectivity and ideality (awareness of your thoughts and feelings). The urge to search in the next moment something that you think you do not find in the present moment - is one of the leadership keys to achieve the fulfillment of being above prejudices and above yourself, of overcoming all barriers, be it real of imaginary. Only thus you can demonstrate the richness and superiority of your individuality.

Will you expect someone to answer your call, pleading this time for a change, a gradual evolution, in which the reason and creation to intensify always and beneficial. But who will answer you from there where is no horizon, from there where is no compliance?

A synchronization conflict between reality and alterity occurs when it is not possible to reconcile the differences between what you are trying to provide through the accumulated experience and the exercise of testing the power to reinvent yourself.

John Maxwell, the expert in leadership, confessed in one of his books that he worked so hard, for over forty years, to learn about leadership and to extract the golden nuggets. He saw what can do a good leadership that really matters. He observed that a good leadership can transform organizations and can have a positive impact on the lives of thousands of people.

John Maxwell picked up the phone and dialed the suited number that figured in the agenda of his transformation. He went through that limited "time" of the change, which was not flowing in vain, as a brief rain. But has crossed the midpoint of the line separating the two columns of the existence: "to be" and "to become".

A continuous self-overcoming of the science to have access to fundamental truths about the Man and his essence in the world. Evolution facing revolution. Adopting a new statute, another way of being, based on an intense concern, as a continuation of searching the performance to a higher level.

Like other professionals in the field, he arrived at that "half-open door" towards another dimension of the human universe, of time, of life events, walking down the unknown in an attempt to collect science and full knowledge, of placing himself on the right path of the performance.

Leadership: Is the amount of content of the reality you are experiencing equal to the value of content of thinking that results in the need for choices "beyond your own consciousness"?

"Who am I? Where am I? Until when?" There are the three gems which were the basis for his becoming. He pushed the door, and did not linger upon its threshold like a man who bumps into an invisible wall. But accepted the truth behind it, which saved him from an absurd and total delusion.

And this truth, as a battery of artillery, which blows a hundred of cannon hits in order to announce the beginning of a major change, fully accepted, unlocked in him any doubt about his commitment towards himself in achieving performance.

This truth has been given by a greater safety in mind, a key factor in understanding the finer aspects of the mechanisms that govern the life, man, time, their process of transformation - with all their additions. It was the midpoint of the perfection of his knowledge, the inclination of 180 degrees, from simple to complex, from basic to advanced, a kind of bell of the change, which constantly reminded him who he is and where he is heading.

A "beyond your own consciousness’ choice is made when you are not fully convinced of the reality you experience in the opposite direction of what you expect to believe about all the things that come to your mind, thus changing your perception of what you really are.

The universe of the man, disoriented before a half-opened door regards that incursion in the dimensions of one’s own universe, which interacts with reality only in a directional and innovative manner, broader and more comprising. This kind of thinking that doesn’t encapsulate itself in thorough rules and regulations imposes always the congruence or compatibility with transformational leadership.
