Do You Know How To Approach People?

Oxygenate your leadership potential, by taking advantage of the perfect coincidence between the conjunctures in which you find yourself and the virtues that you have to appreciate.

Before going to war, a great general said to his warriors "We will fight until death." But right before the battle, the general noticed that his army is smaller than the other one and so, therefore his chances to win the battle in open field are minimal. Then, the general said again to his warriors: "Today we will step aside."

Live today, fight tomorrow. A leader needs to have a clear vision so that he can prevent the risks long before taking action. He has to lead people in the right direction, in order to avoid any risky situation and always be in an advantageous position. Only if there really are chances of winning, the leader will make a step forward in the direction he wants.

The habit of concentrating only on immediate results determines some leaders to act quickly without assessing the risks that may subsequently appear, risks that sometimes can even endanger people's lives. These kinds of leaders are following only their own selfish goals, they don't care about other people needs, their opinion, their needs and even their destiny. For them nothing matters, except their interest, their own person, and that's all.

Leadership: Do you lift your virtues to a "permanence" level, always practicing a thinking that cherishes and judges itself?

The virtues that we need to eliminate harmful defects, which contribute to rectifying the leadership status, reasonably coping with those demands to design a new route to be followed depending on the type of ongoing events, lead to personal transformation through the impact accompanying them. These virtues are: prudence, dignity, foresight, thinking in decision-making and assuming responsibility.

This impact can be felt as a feeling of pressure, heaviness, tightness and tension, some kind of numbness in your authority to lead in relation to the high task, to strengthen yourself psychologically and morally, to train yourself for the unexpected, but also on another level.

Leadership occurs in the self-transformation process, when you have to spread and encourage the implementation of other virtues, such as bravery, prudence, value and preciousness, exercising more than occasionally an adaptive and lucid thinking, able to build every time the course of action appropriate to the existing situation, for you not to be forced to justify everything you did as a leader.

Permanence consists of the leader’s tendency to continuously establish relationships between the occurrence of major events and the degree of control of the risks determined by their direction. A leader has to define his position in the midst of events by measuring his presence of spirit according to the time he has at his disposal to accept the compromise between adaptability and opportunism.

Today, nothing tells us anymore what is "the self-cherishing and self-judging thinking", representing first one’s own unaltered value by the experiment of moral collapse, which admits the possibility of multiple procedures, coordinated by fundamental abilities – survival and secondary abilities – of reflection on ourselves and adjustment of our inner balance.

These abilities are, so to speak, a valuable personal background, having a special significance for us, transferable in the plan of manifestation. Therefore, the ability to remain lucid and focused on the path of self-appreciation is the strength of the fittest.

Leadership: Does your uniqueness grow by taking and expanding the experience of using your background image in conducting a "temporary renunciation" operation?

Just as herpes appears due to a weak immunity, so the decrease of your leadership quality is due to a weak "oxygenation" of your entire potential, which is individualized of rest of the world by the virtues which you adopt to the limit of tyour own compromises with the factor called "Risk".

Do you oxygenate perfectly well your leadership potential respecting the values that make you exceptional and which, at the same time are well-engraved in other people?

Can you express your vision in such a way as to make people act in its spirit? How do you interact with people? What is the price of your progress? Are people really willing to pay this price? Are you controlling your high expectations? Is your leadership an opportunity with low risk, but with high-profit opportunities for people? Your decisions meet people’s expectations, or are against human nature?

The background image is what remains to be seen after you have proven your mastery in managing a situation where you felt stuck.

Temporary renunciation may be an effect of conjunctions of misinterpretations of the situation that cancels the right moment to act. Or it can be an amicable form of extinguishing the link between failure and the recognition of the inability to address the events.

Leading people towards failure is not an act of heroism; it is a lack of responsibility. A good leader builds several strategies before taking a big decision, especially when the career and the life of his employees are in danger. Many times he even consulted his employees on how it is better to act.

People always have the intention to reward those who lead them to the direction that match with their wishes. It is a big difference between following someone because you want to, without any obligation and because you have no choice. The unyielding will and true desire to work for the common good it is what characterizes talented leaders. They don't involve in a certain action without being sure that there are no major risks and that everybody has something to win.

In the professional life people are everything. Therefore, it is extremely important to be responsible and honest in front of those who work for you and you have to prove more flexibility in your relationships with them. Only this way you could win their admiration, support, trust and respect, that respect that it is built on devotion and support.

The way in which you get involved in the course of events determines how you respond to the allegations of guilt that are brought up to you in the case of exceeding the limits that test your character.

Do you know how to get close to people when you’re about to quit your mission?

Temporary renunciation is a manifestation of rationality based on an empirical approach that exceeds the restrictions imposed by reality seen through the complexity and depth of causes determined by the perception of succession of facts and events. It has as a starting point the adherence to a smaller framework of guaranteeing reciprocity between self-awareness and awareness of others’ vulnerabilities in the face of unforeseen events.
